Although the product appears to work okay, the packaging was disgusting when it arrived. The seller didn't bother to take any care with it before sending it to me, so it looked as if a previous owner had taped it to the wall with packing tape. In addition to the tape layer, there was sticky residue on it, along with dirt embedded in it. My entire house was clean in roughly 15 minutes after I used goo remover and cleaners. It is not a rare occurrence for me to acquire refurbished items, but this was my most problematic purchase. The seller would not be able to satisfy my needs in the future. There is no way to make up for what has happened. Three stars is really due to the fact that the product worked still, and this is an excellent product, which we already have two of.
