Purchase xPrintServer Office only if your printer is listed in the supported list. I thought the drive would download the missing driver from the Internet like it says in the manual because it found my printers fine, but no match was found in its internal storage for the printer name There's no joy in that. My second thought was that I could put the drivers on a USB drive and they would automatically be found. I shouldn't have worried about that, but it raised the obvious question of which driver should be used with Whenever the wheels become spongy, that is when things begin to go wrong. It appears that the device uses custom-written drivers and does not run on the standard Windows OS, Mac OS, or Linux It was eventually cheaper to buy a new Google Cloud Print capable printer, so I applied the cost of this overpriced, overly limited device.

(Connecting to a network printer, not via USB) Although the print server discovered our Xerox ColorCube 8870DN, Even after updating the firmware to the latest version, automatic provisioning has not occurred. I have done a factory reset but no automatic provisioning has taken place. Recover printers that have not been provisioned and delete them. told me to add it manually, which I did which is a bit technical, but now it's working fine. The iPad even has an option to print double-sided with this printer, which is great. Android devices using Cloud Print show the double-sided option, but unfortunately it is grayed out. My support team is checking that out. I did not print anything big or complex, so I am not sure about the printing speed. This would have earned more stars if setup had been easier, because it is extremely useful to be able to print from iPads to Xerox machines. A minor update Support has a work around for the Android duplex issue. Set up a second instance of the same printer naming it as duplex and then set the printer settings for that printer to always run the duplex function and that was able to get cloud printing to work.

The pros are This app is great for office environments with a mix of iOS and Android devices - I was able to load drivers for printers that were not on the standard compatibility list (it took me a little while and no documentation to figure that out)
- I was able to change the color of my printer in Windows 7 automatically. Brothers HL & HL I have a 4070CDW on my list There are two printers with static IP addresses (both HP Officejet Pro L7780) but they are not on the list. Printing takes a very long time Several minutes are needed to process a print job and then it is trickled onto the printer

) Not found any documentation for advanced settings (such as setting up a printer that's not on the list of compatible printers)

OVERALL As a result of this, I have been able to print from both Android and iOS devices. My only wish is for it to process print jobs more quickly. There is a very long delay before the print job finishes processing, then it starts trickling to the printer (Hardwired printer with 128mb memory). Not the perfect solution, but an effective one if you don't have Airprint or Android compatible printers at.

In order to enable Airprint with a recent photocopier model that was missing Airprint, I purchased this product. My printers were discovered by this device as well as discovered, but none of them were installed. Support told me the list of compatible printers is somewhat limited after I contacted them. It has been suggested that I should have checked the list before purchasing the product. You should do the same and make sure that your printer is on the list, or else you will be doing the same as I did and returning it.

I live in Brazil. Checked on Amazon and Apple's website to make sure it would work with all printers before buying. My printer wouldn't work when I returned to Brazil, and I didn't even have the time to get the machine fixed. There is a HP Laserjet M1132 printer in my office. As I sit here wondering what to do to get work done.

I am not happy at all. A printer that went to sleep would not be woken up again. After hitting the power switch to turn it on, I had to wake it up Even when it did work, the first page took over two minutes to print. We issued a refund for the returned item.
