The product was not working and the setup program would not finish. Customer service stated that the product was discontinued and only recommended purchasing the new version. The only way to get assistance on the issue was to email the company as it was a third-party support provider. I returned it.

HPS1U has been my main desktop for a long time. Fortunately, the first one I had lasted for a long time and was replaced by another one. You can even use it with an AT&T sim card Using old coax lines to connect to the T network.

There was an advertisement claiming that this work with both Windows and Mac. Compatible with Windows 10, but not with Windows 8.

I bought one of these even though most of the Hawking equipment at Fry's had "returned item" stickers on it. I still don't know why, but I bought it. The mistake was big. Despite the installation CD, I was not able to get it to work right. When I clicked on the admin installation, I saw a dialog box ("Unpacking EAdmin") appear and then quickly disappear. utility set up dialog is supposed to pop up, but it didn't show. The exit button did not work when I clicked it. In order to kill the install, I used Windows Task Manager. My efforts at trying to find a solution ended in futility after several attempts, so I looked on the Hawking web site to see if there was any help available. This is the product support page for the print server, which contains only information about downloading updates (I cannot find any FAQs or information about common problems). As soon as I tried to run an updated admin program, I received an error message stating "A corrupted program has been downloaded". As soon as I noticed that it did not work, I checked the Amazon reviews and found that even if it had worked, I would have been disappointed with the speed and In this case, I'm packing it up and returning it It must be so frustrating. When I am ready to buy something next time, I will make sure to read the reviews here.
