I ordered this Bluetooth adapter as well as another brand, but neither of them worked when I plugged them in. I searched the internet for a driver, assuming that was the problem, but I couldn't find anything specific to this dongle. It was ready to use right away. Please perform for me. Microsoft Windows 10 is the latest version of the operating system It was too good of a deal not to take advantage of and add this feature to my computer. It was a straightforward plug-and-play situation. play. I have no idea what other people are going through, but it was simple and straightforward for me, as you'd expect, and it was paired without hesitation. So, I got a Bluetooth 5 device. I recently purchased a USB 3. 0 adapter and had some difficulty getting it to work with my Windows 10 computer. The adapter's led status led would light up, but I couldn't add any devices to it in device manager. A small card with the words "download driver" was included with the adapter. Unfortunately, the (BlueMega Service) Facebook group is useless, so don't waste your time there; instead, search Google for "Realtek Bluetooth 5. 0 driver" and install it, then restart your computer while the adapter is still connected. Following that, everything should be fine. Best of luck! 👍.
