In search of a cheap laptop lock, I found this website. For the Kensington, you pay a little more, but what you get is worth it.

There is a problem with it. It does no good to turn the key since it does not affect the part that goes into the It has been a while since I wrote to the manufacturer. Amazon has indicated I want to return it, but they tell me it was sold by a third party, so I have to wait for their response, which has not yet happened. I think it's a non-verbal cue I'm not sure what to do with one that is broken, but this one does not!.

That's not bad, it works. A complaint and a compliment As far as I'm concerned, it feels pretty chintzy, but I was trying to find the cheapest price. As for its shape near the laptop connector, it's pretty round. Because of this, I feel like I have to prop up my laptop, so the lock doesn't short out my port. On the other hand, I am probably just being neurotic about it.
