My new HP laptop came with three cables, but I spent time contacting HP & quite a bit of time talking to their customer support The Kensington district. It turned out that HP's specifications were inaccurate. My measurements in the laptop were ultimately used to ask Kensington how to enlarge the opening
It is true. Among its many features is the Kensington security slot included in the Wacom Cintiq Pro. Because of its slim design, this slot works with the Kensington MiniSave Mobile Lock on the Cintiq Pro 13/16. There is a Kensington Security slot on the Cintiq Pro 24/32

Selected User Reviews For Kensington Nanosaver Combination Lock - for Select HP and Lenovo Laptops and Tablets (K63330WW)
Laptops appear to have at least three different sized locking holes. There are a few people who use the smallest cable lock, a few people who use the large cable lock, and some who use the standard (large) cable A nano lock is referred to as such, but I've also heard the medium size ones called nano locks. When it comes to locking your laptop securely, it can be very challenging to locate the right size lock. There is only one smallest nano lock that works with the HP Elite X2 tablet. It is an identical combination lock to one I already own (K63330WW) and works well. Furthermore, I also own the Kensington key lock version (K64444WW) which is also a perfect fit for my laptop. Whenever I travel, I always use a combo lock, and when I am at work, I use a key lock.
Due to the lack of information included in the literature that came with my son's new college laptop from Costco (and at Sam's), as well as from the online resource, I first purchased the slim lock, but it was about 1 mm too tall and didn't fit My question was answered by a nice gentleman on HP's forums, who recommended the right model for the 15-inch It was detected as being a Nano lock (this one) on a eg0053cl2
laptop. In all other regards, the slim and nano look the same, except for the nano's thinner cosmetic profile. Currently works well, and the combination is easy to set (and reset).
In a nutshell, All you need to do is jiggle it until it comes It is not wide enough for the laptop to fit in the head. It comes off very easily when I just move the bracket back and forth while pulling the bracket. Video evidence can be found on this page.
The HP Elite x2 1012 G2 laptop has a very difficult time finding a cable lock. It is important to distinguish between the "G2" for second generation and the "G1" for first generation. All of the cable locks that were designed for the HP Elite x2 1012 G1 will not fit Featuring a very narrow slot, the G2 is one of the narrowest available. The lock needs to be one of these "NANO" cable locks. These little locks are smaller and narrower than normal locks. As far as the cable itself is concerned, it seems.
Two weeks ago, I purchased a new HP Pavilion laptop for my daughter. It was difficult to find the right lock. We were sold the wrong lock by the store where we bought the equipment, and they did not sell a lock I tried the Nano Saver after some research online and found that the laptop slot is smaller than the standard Kensington size. It is great to see this product available on Amazon! I was able to lock and unlock it easily without incident, and it fitted perfectly. It is being used in college by our daughter as a locking cable.
Installation is easy, it's very functional, and it's perfect for Probooks.
In comparison to the older combination lock for laptop computers, this combination lock has significant differences. To ensure the lock works for your phone, you have to verify which type is compatible.
The HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC is compatible with this part.
