It does exactly what it should and works perfectly, and it charges quickly. I'm giving four stars instead of five because of the following: Heat - When charging, it becomes extremely hot. It's not so hot that I'm afraid it'll catch fire or anything, but it's hot enough to make me uncomfortable. Quality of fit, finish, and materials - It isn't quite up to Apple's OEM standards, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. The charger's plastic feels a little cheap, and the cable is stiff. It's still one of my favorites, and it's a no-brainer for the price. This is a good replacement or spare charger, but due to the excessive heat it generates, you should be careful where you put it. Once the laptop has been fully charged, it begins to cool down.
The charger works as advertised and arrived in a secure and clean package, making it an excellent value for money. If you need a new charger, this is the one to get.

I was recording with an audio interface on my Macbook Air, and noise began to appear in my recordings that hadn't been there before. It was barely noticeable at first, but it worsened over time until the recordings were rendered unusable. Only when the laptop was connected to AC did I notice the noise. That charger was a replacement for the factory model, and it worked fine when it was new, but after a year or so, it began to make noise. br>I replaced it with this one from Peoppark, and the noise problem was resolved. The cord also feels more like the factory cord, as opposed to the previous replacement's flimsy cord. This one, I'm hoping, will last a little longer. If it doesn't, I'll update my review.
