The small android phone that I was using did not have enough screen size to read the touch screen, so I upgraded to a larger one. The limit was 200 dollars.
Sadly, I was limited to that amount. I can either go with an old s model Samsung phone that is unlocked, or I can go with this brand new A model 8 inch tablet that functions as a phone as well. My main concern with the A model was the screen, as I have an 8 inch Samsung tablet with an amazing superamole display, as well as a 5 inch Samsung tablet. It took me a while to get used to the A model, but once I did, the screen was usable. In fact, the colors are washed out, and they're really shades of gray when it comes to blacks.
Android 9 was also a pleasant surprise.
The brightness can be adjusted so that the tablet can be used outside. On a tablet that will replace a laptop, it has many features that are useful. The problem with Samsung is that they have wreaked havoc on the good operating system by installing lame proprietary applications that cannot be removed, and are very difficult to disable. A web browser that does not integrate seamlessly with the Google world is why would anybody want it? What would be the point of adding another cloud and another store? While the 2019 A model is sluggish on the road, it is effectively able to accomplish what it is intended to do. The screen may not rotate immediately if one does not have the money. Therefore, patience is required if one does not have money. It happens from time to time that the processor bogs down to the point that I just put it aside and forget what I was doing. Camera is a complete waste of time, and they could have just as well left it out. A long time passes before an object is brought into focus, and only occasionally is a close object brought into focus. It's hard to tell where the colors come from. already have a Nikon and a Sony digital camera, so I do not rely on this budget tablet to take stunning pictures. Given that I already own an excellent S2 tablet, I really needed the phone to work well as well. And it does. In addition, the messaging app and the phone application are both quite nicely integrated, and the glitch from the earlier tablets has been fixed with the addition of a fancy sounding dolby atmos button. As soon as you click it, the sound becomes very loud. If the user is using tools, music can be played, navigators can use google maps to navigate, or the user can listen to music while working. The software button isn't clear to me why it If the hardware volume button had been present, I would have had the sound working properly. It sounds like there are tiny speakers, but at least they are audible. It has been altered so that Samsung has removed the hardware buttons that adorned its tablets in the past. Touch screen touch buttons are now on the screen. The screen has been made a bit taller. Rather than using buttons, you swipe upwards by swiping your finger across the locations where the buttons used to be. Providing the screen is tough enough to resist all that swiping, and if a potential finger is dirty enough, I think this is an interesting idea. With a little more screen width, I can see objects on the screen more clearly and movies display on the screen for another half inch. For movie watching, this is not the tablet to use, since the colors are not as good or vivid as the screens on the better tablets. Summary This is a great tablet for those on a budget, and it also offers decent web browsing capabilities. Despite the bright screen and loud sound, there is no sense of drowsiness. The screen and processor of the A model are not the reason to purchase your device. There is a distinct difference between the two. You should purchase this product because of the excellent radios for Wi-Fi and cellular communications. It is vital that you get a case right away, before dropping the device and breaking its It is unlikely that a screen protector will work with this model since the contrast ratio and color intensity of the IPS screen will be further compromised. It may take a while for the tablet to operate. In comparison, it is less valuable than a tablet worth a thousand dollars. Basically, it is a tablet that costs 200 dollars.

In the end, I bought this Samsung tablet after contacting four different wireless carriers Three of the mobile reps are supervisors, the fourth is a mobile rep. Since I know that I can't get consistent answers to any of my questions at T-Mobile, I did that. Since mobile devices are mobile, it is always best to ask several people the same question and triangulate your answer. It seems impossible to make phone calls on a tablet, according to a couple of reps. According to another, the issue was not an issue. In conclusion, the supervisor said it is possible, but I should go to the store to speak with a representative about setting the account up. She groaned and explained to me that the reps, at least the ones at my store, didn't know their butts from their hot rocks. As it turned out, the so-called "army" was on the loose in there I was told by a "tech" representative that it couldn't be done, and that anyone I talked to who said it could was He should know, seeing as he has been in this business for a long time. I called the T-mobile and they were able to give me directions As I was in the store, I reached out to the mobile help line again. While I wasn't able to speak with the same supervisor (her name was Jennifer), I was able to speak with someone who knew what was going on and within minutes she got my tablet up and running with the ability to make calls. As for the tablet itself, the ability to use it to make calls is really nice. My sure bet is that I'll be carrying it with me when I leave the house frequently. It is disappointing to see a screen like that. Although I knew it would have lower resolution than the A 10, the color depth seems to be less intense as well. Though it's not that much worse than the A 10, I expected something that was at least as good as, if not better. Furthermore, perhaps it's because I have the A 10 to use to transfer apps and data, but I was able to set it up in no time. Plex is a huge part of my life. In addition, the latest Plex update was incompatible with the LG, which was one of the reason why I wanted to replace I tried it in this Samsung, but it worked fine.

I didn't get what I expected from the tablet. Printed on the box was the manufacturer's sticker. I found the model number to only be for WiFi. As well as WiFi, this was supposed to provide cellular data. There's a fake sticker someone stuck on top of The SD card slot is the only one on the device. It is impossible to put a SIM card in there.

There is a lie in the description of this item. Neither it nor the 4G LTE network supports 4G LTE. Other than that (see screenshot), which is the primary reason I purchased this device, it works fine. If you only need wifi, then this device should work fine My use of it was short-term. I returned it after a day of use, so I can't speak to the durability of it.
