The situation makes me very unhappy

About a week after I received this product, it started freezing up on me. I could not turn it The only thing it did was bring up a white screen with the apple logo on it when I tried to hard reset Then it would do what it has to No matter what I tried, it would not turn It was therefore brought to a computer hospital where the technicians told me the problem was a short or hardware malfunction. The problem could not be fixed. That would be a $400 paperweight for me now. It is very upsetting. The only thing I will ever buy again is reconditioned. It is more than likely that Amazon will not provide anything.
