You have the option to upgrade the m. 2 drive and RAM, but it's a pain to get to those parts with this model because you have to remove the rubber feet to get to all the screws. I'm not sure if a 16GB/512 model is still available, but it was when I was looking for a HP Envy x360.

After a few months of use, I'm guessing even Chinese manufacturers have higher standards than HP these days. For example, the keyboard is deteriorating, beginning with the most frequently used keys, such as shift or, as you can see, ctrl. After a month, the rubber strip on the back came off! br>Components that can be replaced: Spare parts for HP are either prohibitively expensive or unavailable. br>Do not buy it; the configuration makes it appear to be a good laptop, but HP has completely ruined it. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I sent it back to HP for repair, but nothing has happened because they don't have the spare part, which is a complete joke, given that I ordered a new keyboard from China and it has already arrived, but my nb is still at HP: Dbr>Client service is a farce as well. HP is supposed to be a professional company, but I'm guessing that because of the massive outsource, it's more like a Chinese company like Chuwie or something. br>br>as a result, you should never buy anything from HP; this is the new low. I have another notebook, so I'm a little more relaxed, but it's still. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> As a result, I raised my rating from one to four stars! , which necessitates elucidation. First and foremost, I am an Austrian tldr software developer who prefers the English keyboard, so I am not familiar with how it works in the United States; however, the customer service is excellent, and I can reach them via Whatsapp! Thank you for your excellent work in the UK, as well as the guys in Hungary who repaired my notebook; thank you for your great work both in the UK and in Hungary.
I was having trouble figuring out some of the features on this laptop at first, but I think I've figured them out now, and I'm really enjoying it! It boots up so quickly that I was able to copy 32 GB of data from my desktop in less than 15 minutes. I removed One Drive because I already had Dropbox and the One Drive feature as a cloud backup was driving me crazy. Then I started looking up information for a future trip on the internet, and I fell in love with the touch screen and touch pad. I figured out how to use it as a notebook last night, and I was able to watch the Olympics on this fantastic, high-definition screen. So I'm sold, and I strongly advise you to buy it.
Computer that is soiled. I bought a laptop from HP, the Envy X360. However, instead of the advertised AMD Ryzen 7 processor, I was sent an older model with AMD Ryzen 5.
It has a nice, clean look to it. We were able to get the keyboard to light up the first time we charged the battery, which was nice, but we haven't been able to do so since. I like the touch screen, and the battery lasts a long time.
the images of the products However, I received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MODEL THAN WHAT WAS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE. Buyers, be cautious.
I bought this laptop, and parts of it, such as the microphone, broke within two months. Within three months, the entire laptop had degraded to the point where it was no longer usable. I attempted to submit an HP warranty request, but they indicated that it had been purchased six months before I purchased it on Amazon. It's total nonsense. This product and anything else sold by this seller should not be purchased.
Because I live in Istanbul and find the prices to be prohibitively high, I decided to try Amazon for the first time. com . It was about 40% less expensive than the original. It's been around two months since I've started using it. This laptop is extremely attractive and functional. The case was appealing to me. Colors aren't exactly sRGB, but they're close enough for me. I believe the screen nit is around 250, which is fine. It has 8 GB of RAM, and I expect to add more in the future, but it is extremely powerful, thanks to the Ryzen 7 4700u energy saver processor. It didn't make a lot of noise and kept me cool while I was working. It comes in handy when reading PDF files. It arrived in ten days, which is extremely fast for a distance of 10,000 kilometers. In addition, I received a refund of $15 dollars. There was a problem with the zoom application, which I expected after reading some reviews, but it can be fixed by updating the AMD GPU software.
Some issues occurred the first time I turned on the computer; the computer indicated that its system had been restored, but some drivers had not been installed.
