8GB of system memory and a 256GB solid-state drive
Probably. This Bluetooth device has the most recent version and should work with most devices - even the ones that are older
It does not come with a carrying case.
I'm not sure what I'm saying. However, I am not a fan of it.

In August of 2020, I purchased this laptop. I spent months researching laptops, reading reviews and asking a bunch of people what they liked and didn't like about the laptops they had before purchasing this one. The more I looked into laptops, the more I realized how much I wanted my laptop to do. I needed a two-in-one bag. one laptop with a touchscreen that was sharp, crisp, clear, and fast. br>br>I received the laptop on the day it was supposed to arrive, and it was well protected in the package. It was simple and quick to set up. I loaded Windows 2019 on this laptop and was ready to go in no time. Everything went off without a hitch. At first, the finger scan function was the only issue I had. It would work for a few times before telling me that it couldn't read my fingerprints and that I needed to use a pin/password, forcing me to delete the existing fingerprints and rescan. The finger scanner has received a few software updates since then. For the past month or so, I haven't had any problems with it. I haven't had any of the other problems mentioned by some of the other reviewers. In fact, it appears that I don't need to charge it very often. The battery appears to last for a long time, but I believe this is dependent on the type of activity. Streaming appears to deplete my battery faster than other programs I use. br>When I bought this laptop, I thought it was a bit of a waste of money. I noticed today that the price has increased by $150 in the ten months I've had it. I'm not sure I'd pay full price for one today, but for the price I paid, I think I got a great deal and am very pleased with my purchase. I'd buy it again if I had the opportunity. It appeals to me. br>I decided to give it a review after I had used it for a while. Please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful to you: ) thanks!.

I had high hopes for this laptop. It was purchased for use at work and for video conferencing. Unfortunately, after installing the necessary Windows 10 updates, the unit I received developed a blue screen of death. The issues didn't end there, because the keyboard backlighting flickers on and off at random. The quality of this laptop is extremely disappointing. Also, despite the fact that it was within Amazon's extended holiday return period and the item arrived defective, the seller refused to give me a full refund.

br>I'd suggest you get a new one. Everything on this computer appears to be buggy, as if it were an experimental product.

I liked the laptop at first, but it began to have problems installing updates after about two months. The computer died after several failed attempts to automatically install updates. I've tried every method I could find on the internet to reset it, but none of them work. I was unable to contact the seller and thus wasted $700 on a laptop that I would only use for a few months. I'm a little let down. I will never, ever purchase a computer from Amazon. Service from the seller or Amazon is impossible to come by.

It always stops at 85% of the charge time after leaving it to charge over the night. Or it stays on 85% when I spend an entire day working with it plugged in. Aside from that, the touch screen is excellent, and the screen resolution is superb! Watching movies on this device gives you the sensation of being in a movie theater, up close and personal. br>br>If it weren't for the battery issue, I would have given this laptop a five star rating.

I like the quality, the aluminum case, and the screen thickness, but there is one flaw: the processor. For office use, it's fine, but if you want to edit photos, it's slow.

This is a lightweight, dependable laptop with a long battery life and a vibrant, responsive touch screen. This was exactly what I was looking for in a bag that was easy to transport. As a result, when my son needed a new laptop for college, I didn't hesitate to purchase one to match. The fingerprint reader is the only thing I have a problem with. I don't always get a response and have to type in my pass code, which is inconvenient but not fatal. For a smaller and lighter laptop, I sacrificed a separate number keypad. If I needed to deal with a large number of numbers, I would look for a different machine or purchase a separate keypad.

I like that it can be used as both a tablet and a laptop. The video and audio quality are excellent. The fan is almost deafeningly quiet. The touch screen does an excellent job of detecting only deliberate movement. I've been using this computer for at least 8 hours every day, and it's been great.
