All of our laptops came with the full version of Windows. You should probably return the laptop you received and replace it with one that comes with a genuine Windows version. br>The one you got appears to be a rip-off. off!

It is a rip-off; they have a double description on the item; the title describes better specifications, but when you receive the laptop, you will notice that the monitor diez, RAM, and SSD characteristics are all lower. Very let down.
Does not allow you to download or run programs other than those from Microsoft's store without spending additional money to "upgrade" your system. This is extremely deceptive and absurd.
This is a ruse. This is a ruse; the laptop delivered does not meet the stated specifications. I purchased the one that displays the following page: INTEL CORE i3 7th Gen. , DELL, 15. However, instead of a laptop with an INTEL CORE i3 5th Gen. processor, 256 GB SSD, and 8 GB RAM, a laptop with an INTEL CORE i3 5th Gen. processor, 14", 128 GB SSD, and 4 GB RAM will be delivered. You pay the cost of advertising, but for a laptop with less functionality.
So far, it appears to be a good idea, but you can only download Microsoft products at this time. To exit s mode, you must first switch to Windows 10. Despite the fact that I completed it, this is far too difficult.
The quality of the display is poor. It's a TN panel, not an IPS panel. The viewing angle is quite narrow. If you tilt it slightly away from you, the screen becomes dark and has poor color representation; if you tilt it slightly toward you, the screen becomes washed out. If I'd seen it first, I wouldn't have bought it because you have to be right in front of the screen for it to work. It isn't great, or even good, even when it is at its best.
I'm furious. This laptop's display is terrible, and I'm really annoyed by it. I like the computer because it is fast and has great sound. However, as you can see in the video, you can only see the display clearly if you stare at it straight on, and even then, even the slightest movement causes the display to fade. I've spent hours experimenting with various graphics settings; the graphics are Intel UHD, but the UHD settings are missing. I've determined that the problem is with the monitor. br>br>I'll file a complaint with Dell, and if I don't hear back from them, I'll return to Amazon.
So far, it has lived up to my expectations, and I must say that for a lower-end model, the performance and usability are quite impressive. It's a good starter laptop for a teenager or young adult, and here's my opinion: "This is your 'trial' machine; show me that you can handle it, and we'll talk about the i7, 8GB RAM, and off-board video for your next birthday. " " It is capable of running Minecraft and Skype without a hitch. They won't have anything to complain about if you get a home/student MS Office license.
br> I'm going to use the phrase "that's not correct, try again" on you. Hearing the guy call you a jerk makes me feel small.
