Selected User Reviews For D-Link DMF-560TXD Ethernet PC Card and Modem (PC/Mac)

Despite looking like a nice adapter, there are some problems
3/5

There is no way for this adapter to work under The Droid appears to offer all the features you need for a really good price, but it falls short in terms of speed It is not a good deal to buy a link card. When comparing the D-card to a premium card like 3Com or Xircom, the D-card is much more affordable Instead of 3 volts, using 5 volts is required for this card. Battery life is shortened drastically on a portable PC when the battery pressure drops below 3 volts. The D-class is also a major factor As well as its lack of cell phone hookups, the Link card lacks a global modem, which further limits its use. A final flaw is that the company's website contains only scant technical information and the phone technical support department is based on a call-in-only basis It is a 'back' system that rarely responds to.

Using this software is very easy
4/5

In 2000, the MCA-220 card was purchased for use with the Mitac laptop I picked this one because the price was better than Xircom and other laptop cards and because the card does not use dongles this was the norm back then for laptop cards. With it I've used Win 95, 98, and Me and it works quite well. In terms of use of Me, the biggest problem is that it consumes 50% of RAM, but I haven't had any problems with the card or.

The DMF file provided by Link In terms of dongles, the 560TXD is better than all PCMCIA cards
5/5

As a result of owning two PCMCIA cards that broke on the dongle cable, I decided to try a D-type card This dongleless PCMCIA DMF-based device is from Link Five sixty-tone display. I made the right choice to get a new coupler in order not to have to worry about the old one breaking in the future. Buying a new dongle cable costs almost as much as buying a new PCMCIA, so it's not worth it. - Do not miss the deadline for submissions Plug-in support is available for the 560TXD It doesn't have to be changed, and it has a lifetime warranty, so I won't have to worry about it ever deteriorating. The DMF file provided by Link It's great to have a 560TXD!.
