This PSU works great, all cables are included and it's a great PSU. However, I was disappointed to find out that there is coil whine in it which is very annoying when it starts, for me, when Moreover, the background noise would really distract me from the game, which would keep me from paying attention. The coil whine ruined it for me although it is overall a good power supply. There is a possibility that the next person who buys this product will not have the same issue as I did. It is powered by an Intel i9 processor.
Since I began using EVGA graphics cards four months ago, this was my third. There was no hope for any of them. It is the most junk I have ever seen in my 25 years of working in computers/hardware. The module wants to power on in my new Ryzen assembly, but it doesn't work. A few days ago I tried to run this in an existing Intel Fatality build, but it didn't work. Have had a friend look over everything, and he agrees This is garbage. I installed the Seasonic Platinum 750W for both PCs, and it seems to be working fine.
Please beware, this power supply is having some weird problems with the Aorus TRX40 power supplies. After soft powering off my computer one day, it wouldn't turn on in the morning (no power). I pulled everything out of the motherboard but nothing helped until I unplugged the power supply and used a paper clip to jumpstart it. Once the mobo has been put back together again, it has started. My theory is that something possibly unstable in the power supply is causing it to blow, which suggests cheap capacitors.
When I had the 750w power supply that failed four years ago, they sent me the upgraded 850w at no charge. I sold my old PC and was able to get this one, it's working great.
This is an excellent power supply for high-power applications. A more powerful power supply was needed after I upgraded my video card. There has been no exception for me when it comes to EVGA, and this is no Here are a few things you need to know Regardless of what cables you use, even sata, use the provided ones. Whenever you reuse an existing build, do not use any of your original cables. It has proven that the problem is a couple of existing cables. I tried the old sata cables and couldn't get the computer to boot.
This PSU works well, gives a quiet output and so far it's been a good buy to replace a corsair rm750 that was dying. The plan is to upgrade the system. *I really like the fact that it is fully modular, the cable sleeves are clean, and the ends of the cable are clearly labeled! It matters more as you age, I assure you. It was nice to have wire ties made out of Velcro. It was well packaged, the power supply was enclosed in a bag and cushioned, but I would have liked it if the cables had been bagged. I just have my own opinion, though. There is no need to use a paperclip any longer with the PSU tester!.
All six of the supplies I own work without a hitch and are very solid! Both the batteries and the supplies worked perfectly while I had two different mining rigs. Additionally, their customer support is very prompt with answering your questions, and their warranties are also very good!.
Maintaining your installation in this manner will help keep it clean and organized. You do not have to install the cable if you do not need a power feed. You will never run out of power cables if you use this. Has a low noise level.
