Produplicator 1 to 5 Blu-ray BD BDXL M-Disc CD DVD Duplicator - Standalone Copier Duplication Tower

I bought two of these units, and one worked for a month before suddenly stopping working. The second one did work for two months, but after that, it was unusable. From the moment I bought it, the other did not work. It was needed for church services in which weekly sermons are reproduced. As I mentioned above, I have to go through Produplicator to get the product replaced and not Amazon, but they have provided various excuses, including having me perform test burns that were irrelevant to the issue. After I finally received their response, they told me I had to pay to have the unit sent to them and pay again to have it returned if I wanted them to inspect it. A cheaply made product, and I had read the negative reviews on this company before I purchased what is (and has been) gathering dust in my house for two years because every couple months I contact the company to see if I can get someone to understand the problem and replace the defective product. The answer is no. (Spoiler alert they won't. A) Do not buy the Produplicator program.

The best you can do is check the blanks for defects and blow off any dust before putting them in the trays, and you will get a bit for bit copy with your title page and thumbnails intact. At the time of delivery, I was impressed at how sturdy the unit was. In light of the price and the images I was a little concerned about the quality of the machine. This apparatus comes in a solid case with a bit of heft but not too much. The paper stays where I put it on the work table, but it is easy to pick up and move around. Although it does have some flaws, it is the best I have found. As soon as I received it, the first one Technical support provided me with prompt and courteous answers, but I had to return it to Amazon in the end. I received my replacement two days later, and it is also working as expected. Even Apple has a few bad Apples. These duplicators are manufactured by the same company I own several of them. My opinion is that they are unnecessarily noisy. My next step might be to open them up and install more efficient and quieter fans when the warranty expires. The DVD duplicator at Duplicator DOES allow for "Copy+Compare", but THIS Blu-ray duplicator does NOT This is not the case with a ray duplicator. It is ALWAYS a good idea to verify, (also referred to as compare), that a disc was burning correctly prior to duplicating it. It takes a while to burn a 25GB BD, so I have burned a few 25GB BDs so far The data was burned to all R from RiData with no issues. 94% of the disc was used in the test, so the burners performed well. This unit is great! Very pleased with it. It came in an outer box, then the inner box, so it was better than what you usually get with a computer case. It does not have a fan on the top (which is a good thing), so there will be no damage if something is accidentally placed on it. Other cases had a fan mounted on top, making it difficult to stack items on top in the event the helper has no idea what is going on.

The discs have been duplicated 11 times and a total of 33 copies have been made. Now I have problems with M discs and standard DVDs as well. Having yet to duplicate on Blu Ray, but I don't expect there to be any problems. The operation is very simple.
