Does it make sense to make copies of a CD I bought from a store? My Sony home recorder makes it easy for me to do so. ?

The DVD player is for watching DVD movies at home. The software does not permit you to copy movies or music from a store.

Could you burn just one copy at a time or do you have to burn three copies at a time?

One or two of the options are available for you to choose from. Each of the 3 CDs is included. If this helps, you do not have to burn three at a time.

Will the sound quality of the replicated disc be the same as that of the original?

As of now, I cannot complain about CD sound quality because I do not notice a drop in audio I have not duplicated any dvds, so I have no idea how the sound will sound.
