My church still provides dvds for our older members, and this program has made it very easy for them to do so.
A non-working drive was available when I arrived A functional term. In the first contact with the company when I received the unit, they told me to take out the non-working parts In the event of a failed drive, take it to them and they'll replace it. It is a 1 to 5 configuration, but I have never took the time to do that, so I have been using it as a 1 to 4 duplicator. As a 1 to 4 setup, it has been very reliable.
We received a unit whose middle drive failed every few runs, pretty much from the first minute we received After contacting Amazon, they were great at getting us a replacement as soon as possible - thank you, Amazon! Despite all of the changes, the new system has worked flawlessly, and we are currently working on a massive DVD project. Without a single failure on the new unit, over 600 DVDs were burned in one day. In other words, When you first get the unit, be sure to put it through its paces (give it a test run). Thermometers are a lot of fun, and you'll love one if you have one you like I love how it works!.
The machine would not turn on at all and I was unable to use it. It was a pleasure dealing with the company. They provided a return label and authorized my return. The shipping fee was $50 and all I got was a partial refund after a restocking fee that I felt shouldn't have been charged at all on a non-refundable product It functions as it should.
This product shipped was faulty
Not only did I have to pay shipping fees to return the item
But I was also charged a restocking fee of almost 50%, yet again for a defective product.
The time to create a master disc of everything I shot and 10 low-res discs of everything I shot over the 5 days I was on site amounted to about 5 hours. I handed over 62 discs this month and work will continue to increase throughout the project. As a result, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend one to anyone looking to buy.
We bought it for our church and so far we are thrilled with the results.
There were only two DVD's that failed during the burn. If you are burning a lot of discs, this will allow you to keep track of how many failed and how many burned successfully. I would recommend this duplicator to anyone looking for one, it works. As soon as I burn the first 10000 DVDs, I'll update this post.
