I was told to return it for warranty repair when I began having problems. I had issues with the second burner as well, as it failed every time I used it. Likewise, I have been able to complete the burn successfully in another duplicator as well. ProDuplicator has paid for shipping on warranty returns in the past when I have used their products.
I didn't get any results. Despite returning a large amount of money to me, they kept most of my money. There is no way I would ever consider buying anything from this company again. The place here is shady. Do not buy from them!.
