It seems like these silicon faces covers for the Quest 2 were way too big. Whenever I placed the face cover on the Quest 2, the silicon covers would slip off even before I had time to place the Quest 2 on my head and face. The silicon covers protect the face foam and keep it clean by keeping it in place, but if they move around, that defeats the purpose.
