It is also used in the shower for listening to podcasts, unless I am intoxicated in some manner, in which case it is used for listening to 90's I took quite some time to realize that you turn it up by holding down the + button rather than just pressing it once because it skips to the next song when you just press it once. Those of you who also want to listen to Tupac in the shower after a night out should know about this.
In many reviews, the speaker was mentioned as not having a You're supposed to hold the + button until you hear it beep and make sure the volume is set high on your device, as I am assuming they did not realize that. For its size, this speaker produces quite a good amount of sound. I also read complaints that it stopped working after being submerged A general rule of thumb is to not submerge electronics in.
The thing I love has a couple of things going for it. This is first and foremost a very sturdy piece of equipment. It's very sturdy and has withstood my being the clumsiest of humans. I've dropped this multiple times, finding myself one of the most clumsy humans alive. Just by dropping it in the shower, it has fallen into the water. The only thing I wish is that it came with a hook so I do not have to struggle with hanging Even without a place to hook it up, it does come with suction cups, so if you don't have a place to hook it up, it will still work. SOUND QUALITY WAS A SHOCK. I am amazed at the sound level it produces. It cuts through the water noise with ease. Last, but not least, is the price. For all it offers and at the price, it is an incredible piece of technology. Taking a shower and listening to music are two of my favorite things. However, I feel it could use a bit more bass if you're listening to piano or pop music, but it has really good clarity even in the shower when you're listening to them.
My main use for this speaker is when I'm doing chores around the house, when I'm out prospecting for gold, and when I'm working. 80 - I'd say that cancels out Especially if I amplified the sound by putting the speaker in a bucket, 90% of the background noise will be eliminated. This battery lasts a lot longer than I expected! You can use it for day after day if you play the music at half or 3/4 of the volume and turn it off when not in use! Even after being in my truck for 3 weeks and turning it on, it still powered right up and played music for at least 5 hours before finally shutting off. I'm a happy camper just knowing that I can wear it on my belt loop and listen to music all day long without having to take my headphones out. My speaker was dropped from a 3 story building onto some plywood and scrap wood to test the shock effect, and only a small scratch or two was present on the face of the speaker, and it still works like new! It has served me well enough when I'm out prospecting to know that it's definitely waterproof (IT IS NOT DUNKING PROOF! ). I don't see why you morons ever dip your electronics in liquid! )
With $15 some odd dollars you can have a great speaker for throwing a house party, playing music in the garage, at work, during walks with the kids, or any other event you like. Despite going through more "top of the line" speakers than I can count on my fingers and toes, this speaker has been the best ever. In the future, I will be buying another of these when I need a new speaker!.
This Bluetooth speaker is one of my favorites. The software is used by me every day. In the beginning, I thought I would use it in the shower, but I am now mostly listening to music when I am in the shower. As much as I like my echo dot, its sound is poor, so I use this Bluetooth speaker more often also because I can charge this thing and bring it with me wherever I am. A good example is the Echo, a device that listens to our conversations without it needing to be plugged in. In addition, it has the possibility of being connected to my portable CD player, which I also like. The one I still own is this one - Several of them are in my house and used by my kids. This product comes with an AUX cable, which allows my kids to connect it to their educational pens (leapreader, Britannica Encyclopedia, etc) and it makes the sound in those pens louder and clearer. One of the cons is that I have to search around for a while before I can get that aux cable/outlet connected. Fortunately, I find this kind of thing to not be a problem for me unless I used it very often. Also, I don't like the volume buttons in the device. Because the buttons are on the side of the thing and it's black, it's hard to see, so I frequently get them confused with the other controls. This is not an issue I am worried Basically, it's a wonderful product, I love it and use it all the time!.
Listening to music when I cycle is my favorite thing to do. I tried turning up the volume on my phone, but it didn't work. This model cost $5 less than the more expensive one. My phone’s volume was no louder than what I was hearing from the speaker. As if it were night and day, this goes against all logic. There is a volume control on the device. While walking past people, I actually had to turn the volume down to avoid causing a disturbance. In addition, it has a microSD card slot, so you can play music without your smartphone. I have not tried answering the phone with it (assuming there is a bluetooth link), but I assume you can. I listened to music and NPR streams from my phone for more than 2 hours, and the If this speaker works well, I might use it and avoid my phone and headphones this fall when I'm raking the lawn.
I don't need stereo for my use. I don't need it for my purposes. This speaker is used in a mobile environment, so participants in surveys of wild animals can hear what birds, bats, and other animals sound like. I use the device as a bridge to connect to an iPad mini, which unfortunately does not have wireless capabilities. In terms of durability, I am not sure, it is generally clipped to my clothes and is not tossed around too much. Water got on the device, but it was not drenched or submerged, and the performance was not affected. I find one thing kind of irritating about the unit the volume control is not independent. Using the iPad, you can control the volume directly. As I adjust the volume on the speaker, the corresponding volume is increased on the iPad and vice It has the restriction that its output volume cannot go beyond this limitation, so don't expect rocking sounds. It has a good battery life, outlasting the iPad in most cases.
