There were a lot of reviews saying that the product was clearly not It didn't matter to me, just that I wanted to fix my shattered phone. Fast delivery. I appreciate it very much. For me to fix it, it took about 15 minutes. In the 12 minutes before the back was pried off, I had my broken back prying As soon as my fingerprint sensor failed to work, I was in a state of panic. After reconnecting the sensor, I rebooted the phone, and it worked fine. I pressed it again as soon as the sensor was attached. The picture looks wonderful. I feel like the back of the device is plastic when held on its own. When the protective coating was removed from it, it felt as though glass was installed. I don't care what the material is because I don't care what it Despite its shattered state, it is still intact. If the item is made of plastic, it is even better. As a result, there's a lower chance of it breaking again in the future. It is a product that I would recommend.
It is a good looking back replacement. As far as I know, I am not a Despite that, it was fairly easy to The three suggestions I have If you are intending to attach a new back, ensure that the old adhesive is removed along with any bits of glass or other debris. When you heat up the old adhesive on the thumb print reader, the old material might separate if you don't do it right. Before installing the new back, plug the reader back in and position it on the phone. Avoid pasting it on the old back and then gluing it to the new one. The only thing I have is that. You will do well.
Despite being relatively easy to install, the fingerprint scanner remained out once the new back was installed. I am guessing it was either too large or something had been damaged in the fingerprint piece. Thankfully, I was able to use my old fingerprint piece to unlock the phone and made the installation work fine. Had it been too damaged, though, I would have been extremely upset because I depend on my phone for working and training my horses. Not being able to use it until your new back came wouldn't be an easy thing to do.
I was impressed with everything, all the way to the end. Once I finished pressing all around, I was sure that the adhesive was taking. A crack formed in the glass as a result. This is extremely frustrating to go through all of that and end up with the same outcome as when In the days before I decided to do the job, I owned it for just over two months, so it is now out It's a waste of time. Don't even mess with it, the glass back is brittle.
The fit is excellent and the smoothness is excellent. I use a case, so its technically unimportant if it's a shade off of the OEM color.
When just trying to put it on, it broke immediately without applying any excessive force. I had just tried to put it on for an S7 Edge without issue but this time it broke right away.
With my battery life so much worse after using for a couple months, I would suggest you do not use it. There is a very thin back glass, and it is not made of the same material as a factor one, so it is extremely weak and can break after a very slight fall of As for me, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and I really need a refund for the time I spent installing it into my phone and for the poor quality of this inferior product.
I had a hard time removing the old back after following the instructions.
