In the end, I didn't let the small number of negative reviews (an extremely small minority), cause me to back out of my purchase. How can I tell if this is The object you hold is glass, right? What is the source of this information? It does not matter to me how this phone was damaged I just care that I could replace the shards of glass that rendered it dangerous. In the package there were no directions but I found a few videos on YouTube (including one in particular) on how to remove the back glass cover for the Samsung Galaxy S20. In the video, the following were the main points 1.
Disconnect the phone and then turn it back on Put the SIM card into a new phone & install The S-depth rating 1. Card 2. 2. A heat gun or hair dryer (I chose a heat gun as my heat source)*3. Heat will allow the adhesive on the back of the case to peel off when heated (without any cables or solder attached to the back). The fourth point. Assuming that the original camera lens cover was not damaged, the video reused it. But I did not trust the replacement camera lens cover (not to mention, the camera lens cover that came stock with the Galaxy S20+ 5G also had a small chip). it was, but it wasn't on the replacement and I didn't see it anywhere else in the box My assumption was that this was a pretty important point. It was the only modification I made to the replacement backing, heating it around the lens for about five minutes It will peel off after 10 seconds, then you will need to swap it with your stock lens (which still had the original adhesive that surrounded the lens). It stuck without a problem). What is your opinion of the swap after it has been completed? There is nothing worn out about this phone. There are many things to consider such as the color of the backing, the fit/finish, etc. The product appeared to be original equipment manufacturer (OEM). It was really difficult for me to tell the difference (not to mention, I placed the whole thing in a new case to protect it anyway). There is only one thing about these things I don't trust - taking them underwater again (unlikely). Would it be possible to get a phone that is usable and won't torn my hands or pockets? Using only $18 for a DIY project is very affordable. The only thing to keep in mind is that once you peel off the original backing (prying it off with the tools), you can't go Similarly, if you plan to repurpose the camera lens like I did, be cautious not to crack (or melt?) the new backing when heating, or you'll be out of luck & may damage the lens. It's going to take a little while before another replacement arrives. In order to get my phone I purchased it directly from Samsung (with no warranty) & Quite a bit of money was saved because of this project. I HIGHLY recommend it.
I highly recommend this book. Although I do not usually write reviews, I felt that I had to with this product. It is the first time I have replaced a back panel of a portable gadget There is no back cover to remove from this phone (no removable battery) so I used a heat gun and the pry tools that came with this product. There are 3 razor thin tools you can use to fit between the back cover and your With 10 minutes of effort, I was able to remove the back glass. I found the install to be You can then place the phone on it after removing the plastic over the adhesive. This is done! This is how it works. After trading the phone in, I went to the store where I get my wireless service from. No one knew what was going on and it looked perfect. Those suffering from a broken back glass and/or camera glass should highly consider purchasing this product. There are no prerequisites for this event It takes just one fix to restore your phone to its former glory. A 1 would be a good quality for the back glass. The original version of page 1.
There is a noticeable difference between my old phone and my new one!.
This is a cheaper alternative to OEM back glass for the same ultimate purpose of being a.
The old cracked backing was replaced and it works like new.
This is an amazing product. You did a great job.
When I tried to put it on the phone, it cracked. This did not add any pressure- Is this confusing?.
It is a little hard to remove broken glass with this, but it works well. Once I removed my old one, I was able to replace it quickly and easily.
