Cell4less never followed up with me to see if everything went well. They sent me a business card with a link to their website where I could watch installation instructions, but none of the videos worked, and my phone was not listed at all. After watching a few YouTube videos, I figured it out. It appears to be in good working order and looks nearly identical to the original back glass. Only time will tell how well it holds up.
Although it stated "glass back replacement," what I received was plastic!.
I ordered the Ceramic Black and when it arrived to replace my own backing for my cracked camera lens, I immediately noticed that the finish is nowhere near that of the Ceramic finish, it's actually just a normal Gloss black, but I installed it anyways and overall the fit is good unless you really look and notice the spaces on the corners, so I wouldn't trust this around water at all. If you value your IP rating and want a perfect fit with accurate coloring, I'd stick with an original. You'll have some trade-offs with a third-party vendor.
It was a quality-looking piece that was relatively simple to install. I broke the back glass on my phone, replaced it with this glass, and then traded it in to Verizon without hesitation. The markings are slightly different, and your IMEI will not be on the glass because it is unique to each device, but everything else appears to be OEM. I wouldn't use the metal prying tool that comes with it because it has the potential to scratch the frame's bezel.
This was an excellent replacement for the backglass on my S10. It's impossible to distinguish between the two. It came with a pre-installed camera lens, which was a nice touch. In addition, the color was ideal.
After replacing the screen on my S10, I needed to replace the back glass, which had cracked. This was significantly less expensive than the alternatives and had a distinctive color.
It's not prism white; it's just white. There's no metallic in it, no color change effect, but it's still a great piece of glass with a good adhesive border and camera lenses that match the original alignment very well.
It was simple to install, but it broke after only three days. There was never a time when I was dropped. It cracked as I was removing the phone from the case.
