Despite this return message being understandable, the process for returning this product from Anker for a refund is not hassle-free at all. This could have been handled more smoothly if Anker customer service had so chosen.

No response after more than seven days. The cable I purchased approximately 8 months ago has since disintegrated completely, making it of no use to me. To request a replacement cable, I contacted Anker. Their warranty is applicable to the device. I included a photo of the cable with the serial number visible in the image when I first contacted them with my claim. After only a few lines of the initial correspondence, they sent me a response asking me to send a picture of the cable and its My final response was to send them this same information again, and I then escalated the case on April 2nd. As of almost 6am on Thursday, April 10th, 2018, I have yet to hear from Anker about whether or not I will be receiving a replacement cable as part of my warranty claim. We have come to realize that Anker is not planning upon replacing any of their products that are still under warranty. In most cases I would forget about it and move on, however this cable is specifically marketed as "The last cable you will ever need to buy!". As a result of my efforts to replace this cable under warranty, I have found out that they have no basis for this claim.

Taking into account the warranty and advertising claims, I was expecting this cable to last at least 12 months. It is especially disappointing that they fail to provide any customer service. I'm sure that if I communicated with them for something other than an inquiry, I would end up getting zero help from them. In order to replace the item under warranty I would need to wait for less than 7 The previous day, I read a review by another individual who stated that to finally acquire his certification, he was required to take an oral exam As a result of his difficult dealings with Anker regarding the warranty replacement, he left a one star review highlighting his frustration. Initially, I was hoping I would not have to do the same, but it is evident that only negative reviews matter to them. I have purchased a number of Anker products over the years, and it is shocking that they would rather lose a long time customer than honor the single warranty claim I have filed.

In essence, the "bend" will be a design flaw iPhone users will have to deal with for the foreseeable future. Buying a charger is no fun, so a rugged lightning cable would be the best choice. In search of a new cable after my latest Syncwire cable collapsed under its own weight, I searched online. During the time I spent researching my next option on Amazon, I wrapped the old cable with electrical tape. I have all my stores in one place Compared to the cable purchases I made online, my purchases from the store had relatively better results. After reading many reviews, I decided to write my own. It was much easier for me to find a durable lightning cable through online dating. I had a feeling of excitement when I saw that there was a new version of Anker PowerLine. The listing caught my attention almost instantly, so I ordered it almost immediately. In the parking lot of a store that sells electronics, I was standing. In the past, I had killed nearly all of the lightning cables they had in stock and walked out without buying a cable. As I anxiously awaited the arrival of my PowerLine II, I was very optimistic about how it would perform. Based on the Amazon listing, there seemed to be a lot to expect. Its much more deliberate design stood out to me as soon as I opened it. I was glad to see that! I liked how solid the connector was and how well it fit A quick charge was achieved. Buying the product was a good decision for me. As far as I can see so far, everything seems to be going well. Although the bend hasn't killed it, it's not dead. Unraveling of shocks is not taking place. The wires are not visible. As of about a month ago (when it was delivered), it continues to perform as well as it did when it was delivered. It would have been expected that the item would have worn by this time. - The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the "bend" does not empty completely. If a company designed a cable that could bend without breaking, then I would be just fine. The cable now has a permanent bend and I will share a picture of it. The cable I have is fantastic! I love it! Anker deserves kudos for his achievement. When it has been six months since the last review, I will update it.
