The customer service is excellent! I am satisfied with the product and found it to be reasonable in price. A feature I was looking for was that the automatic on feature was activated by vibration. One place on the Amazon website says that it has motion detection, while another place says none. It was purchased to replace one that I had a problem with due to motion-sensor activation. The distance between where I sit and where I stand in my house is 10 The device in my truck is approximately 12 feet from me. So if a fly was in my truck and it flew by or crawled across the motion sensor, the system would turn Since I was close by it, it would also connect to my phone when that happened. As the device started up and connected to my phone, it announced when that happened, but I could not hear it from the inside of my truck whereas I usually had the TV on. My phone does not mention these events either. Everything in my truck was going to the device as a result. When I finally realized that there was nothing wrong with my phone, it took me some time to figure out what was happening. By manually switching the device on and off, I was able to solve the problem, but sometimes I forgot to do that, so I wasn't satisfied with I find the vibration activation to be much more effective in my case. The one I replaced was unable to handle streaming music from my phone and I could barely hear it even with the volume on high. However, the speaker on the one I replaced is actually louder so I have to lower the volume when streaming. I think I'll be getting rid of the FM transmitter on this device, as the speaker on it is fine for me. The time when I sent my email was around 900 a. m.
