If he had told me before hand I would have said don't I was put off by the price alone! I had a little trouble going through CONNECT at first, but got through it eventually. I would like to know what the charge will be Despite charging fully for a long time, the battery does not hold its charge Yes, I did attach the side knob Move in the not in use state I fixed the CHARGE, but it didn't work, the charge simply did When I had the Jabra Cruiser speaker phone, it lasted longer when it was plugged in. If your phone can hold all your contacts, it would be nice to have someone speak back to you and keep all your contacts - provided it can handle the amount you have. I have never made it that far, but the only issue is keeping the charger charged for long enough and the cost is too high. While I find the look to be fine, I do find it a bit heavy. The look of the product is nice, but that's about as far as I get with it. My opinion is that the product is good. I was able to connect it Although, it wasn't the right product for me. The voice recognition was also a bit difficult for me. I am one of those people who is not pleased with the requirement to say "Blueant, speak to me" in order to access voice recognition. I also did not receive the items that were advertised in the package. The item had to be returned. It would have been nice if it had worked for me, as I found it to be rather pleasant. Nonetheless, I would have liked to see it work. I tried it for a few days, but it didn't. We hope that you have a better experience this time. A compatibility problem with the phone could have also caused the error. It looks like I will not find out what happened.

Immediately after opening the box, it did exactly what it was advertised to do. Honestly I don't know how annoying it is to be having to say, "BlueAnt, speak to me" all the time, but I suppose it keeps the device from having a false trigger. It is the only method I use to connect to my phone for making and receiving calls and texts by voice, and it automatically hands off to the phone. I really enjoy speaking with my wife when I'm driving since I don't get a "bottom of the well" effect and her own voice doesn't get fed back to her like I used to have with the previous hands free device.

The Jabra Freeway was purchased by me and I am thrilled with When I gave my girlfriend the S4, she says she has to yell into it to be heard because she cannot get the other person's attention. Considering all the things like Google Voice, Skype, Android, and so on, Vlingo no longer seems to be very innovative Both Voice and Siri are available. The app can also be used with pretty much any other bluetooth device, so it is far from exclusive to the S4. The Freeway is a great Bluetooth speaker, but if you're going to buy one, spend the extra $50 and get it. Unlike this model, it's loud and clear, and it has a feature that allows it to turn on and off automatically. Despite its lack of voice recognition, I'd rather press the dreaded button on the Freeway or just go to voice commands on my phone than press the stupid button on the S4.

It is a great product and has great customer service. Despite its small size, the device is very functional and provides good sound quality. Also, the customer service I have received from BlueAnt has been exceptional. In regards to use and setup, the S4 is easy to set up, is very convenient to operate, and I use it often to make and receive Having your text messages read out to you is an excellent feature that works well with voice command capabilities. In the end, there was a technical issue with my unit after a few weeks. Whenever I increased or decreased the volume, it was random. Because there was an audio report each time the volume was altered, this made the device unusable since it would get stuck in a loop of constantly raising Email was the method I used to contact BlueAnt Send an email. was very satisfied with how prompt and efficient they were and they quickly sent me a replacement unit (which works great). This product gets 5 stars from me since I think all products have a small percent of issues. The fact that the product was able to be corrected so quickly makes me want to use more BlueAnt products in the future (confident that any problems will be quickly fixed) and recommend them.
