I have been using the older model of this for years, and it works well. We needed another one for a second PC and TV, and it worked well. I am watching on the PC with Windows Media Center using a rabbit-ear antenna and USB PC. The program works The HD quality is very good over the air.
I ordered a product that matched the description in the description above, but they sent me a different one that was more affordable. Could you please provide me with a picture of the two products attached and tell me the fault?.
It works well. If you purchase extra harness from AVerMedia with the unit, it also has VHS tape digitizing capability for a fraction of the price of Hauppauge. It's a great product, and I recommend it.
This works really well! You can use the drivers, as long as you have installed the right ones!.
I like it.

It can be hooked up to an OTA antenna I have available. The reception of HDTV was excellent. Since my antenna has a powered booster, it tends to heat up very quickly. I've been known to place a cool pack from the freezer under the device to keep things cool. If you don't have a fan, a little one will work.
