This was my first encounter with this product and I was highly anticipated. I noticed that although it has a properly aligned mirror, the front camera did not appear to be level. Unfortunately, the unit I received was defective. Although I have tried moving the front camera, the view is tilted to the left thus, the only solution I can think of for now is to tilt the mirror to the left. However, I don't like the way it looks. The video quality is quite good even when it's dark. However, I will use this camera on a regular basis even though I am disappointed by the front camera.
