My initial reaction was to be skeptical, but the reviews sounded fair and seemed to be quite Upon delivery (Prime day) the backup camera arrived promptly. It was packaged nicely. In the inside of the box were simple, color instructions and on the outside, there are color diagrams. In terms of installation, it was quite easy and straightforward. I hooked up the camera to run either always on or always on full time (Note The camera comes with a cigarette lighter plug that has an on/off switch built into it) and is powered by a 12 volt accessory plug in your dash if you need it. It seems to be a quality product made out of quality materials and well constructed. I have only had two issues the color quality of the monitor, and the fact that the mounting holes for the camera didn't match my license plate (2004 Z71), but that was an easy fix, and I'm not planning to watch a movie on the little monitor, anyway. My hitch supports a 2" ball on the back of the trailer and the backing guides help me back up. I adjusted my camera so that I could see the 2" ball clearly. The camera also comes with infrared lights and this is an added benefit, speaking of being able to see at night, this is awesome! As a result, I am quite pleased with the product and it has made my life easier in a lot of ways!.

The wired backup camera that I ordered and installed was of great quality and has great customer service. I needed a longer video cable to run my application (see caveat below), and Dohonesbest didn't charge me for it. This is a relatively fast process. We are very satisfied with the results. Flicker-free picture without the flicker associated with wireless devices. I don't think it has a perfect color when I look at it, but The nighttime infrared camera is better than most LED units on the market. As well, my installation allowed me to attach self stick Velcro (name brand, NOT dollar store!) to the dashboard instead of the mounting bracket. In case I want to adjust the image setting, I can easily remove the swatch. br>
What the video cable is all about. There was no need for the 66' length. The video was perfect, but the power cable of the 66' is different from that included with the original box. A red and a blue border are not present Power wires that are integrated into the standard cable are black. The actual plugs are different from the originals as they are male and female (see the photo), and neither plug is identical. You can use either the REVERSE LIGHT OR REVERSIVE LIGHT option for installation. This worked perfectly for continuous use by using the cigarette lighter (we actually had a splitter to accommodate it) and it works very well. We'd give the company five stars because they were so responsive to emails that they provided us with a longer video/power cable and cigarette lighter adapter within a few days of requesting them.
