It is true. A kit is provided for this purpose. The camera kit that came with the promotion was the one I got. I was able to get it for free. I found the Furrion's built-in power connector to be too tight on mine. 2021 is probably the year of a Furrion change. No matter what, I just clipped the plastic shield on the Furrion connector so that it could expand. The only thing I needed to do after I connected it was to tape it so that it wouldn't move. The camera came alive and works well. There weren't any issues with polarity. It may need a bit of sealing on the mount. How about those on your RV that don't work? 1) So far, I am very pleased with it. The spot appears to have been made for it.
Direct wired mine in an automobile system, and there seems to be no other consideration in hooking it up except using the cigarette lighter
A cigarette lighter plug is required to connect the monitor. By hooking up the camera to the trailer wiring, the camera can be powered.
As of 2019 it was available for the first time

The product has an excellent quality and includes everything necessary for installation, as others have noted. It may not come with a user's guide but the interface is so simple to use that you may not require one. If you want to use more than one camera, then the YouTube video mentioned in the directions is a must. My Ram 2500 dash cutout was too small to fit the monitor bracket in the dash, so I ended up cutting the bracket to fit. I was very happy with the custom look of it all. My car's power cord was dangling on my dash, so I hard wired the camera to the lighter instead. Using a license plate light to plug the camera into the bumper of my 34' Toy Hauler, I mounted the camera under the bumper. Tow with lights on means I have to turn the lights on but I usually do that and I did not want to drill into any panels. This camera, even though it's positioned so low, has stunning picture quality thanks to the small antennas provided, and it takes only 15 minutes to install. Having excellent customer service is one of the company's top priorities. As stated in the description, if you need a windshield mount, Furrion adapter or a second camera, you are welcome to contact them. Adapter and windshield mount for the Furrion have already been sent to me. I would like a backup of my hard drive in case I decide to move it) are on their way to me. On the basis of reviews, I was expecting a decent product, but it has exceeded my expectations by a great deal. As for the picture quality, I'm blown away by it, and am very impressed with how well it is put together. I will most likely mount the 2nd camera as a dash camera if I can get a discreet place to mount it. The added benefit of the SD card capacity is another bonus. The kit is excellent and you shouldn't hesitate to purchase it. In my experience with this company, I don't doubt they would easily refund your purchase price if you were not satisfied. However, if yours works like my did, I doubt it would receive a refund.
After reviewing a number of backup cameras, the criteria I used to select a camera was as follows A larger monitor size, waterproof camera, a wider Bluetooth range, and a lower price point. A travel trailer camera made of a sturdy aluminum alloy was purchased for use on the back of my trailer in response to all listed requirements. Several options for electrical installation were included with the digital camera when it arrived in about a week. There are also written installation instructions as well as links to video instructions on the company's website. In order to test the camera system (prior to installation), the cigarette lighter adaptor was attached directly to the vehicle battery, and the monitor was connected to the A pair of cameras and a monitor is automatically paired when the system is triggered. My deepest thanks go to the manufacturer for providing me with a product that is of high quality and has a great deal of monitor adjustments available. Then, after I established that the camera was working properly, I set about mounting it on the travel trailer's back. Wiring the camera was done through the trailer's marker lights after the rear center marker light was removed. The bracket was used to mount the camera and the camera was connected to the trailer's marker light. We ran another test and the camera did not work this time. Using the video as a guide, I performed tests for the camera. It became increasingly difficult for the camera to work. In an email to the company, I explained the problem and asked if they could provide some additional tests. As I hadn't been able to figure out the camera, I notified the manufacturer once again and he offered to replace it. The new camera arrived a week after that, was tested, and was A great deal of function is achieved The monitor video is quite clear, and there have been no problems with signal degradation at a distance of more than 36 feet from the camera. My experience with the customer service of this company left me very pleased with this product. I would highly recommend it. My problems were handled quickly and efficiently by their staff, and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
It's hard to believe how well built the game is. Compared to other units that cost over four times as much, this one is superior. It's so easy to set up with them. After I hooked up everything and made it ready, the process took about half an hour. There has been great thought put into every detail of the setup and you will have everything you need in abundance. The wiring harness even comes with splice connectors, making it easy to install this into a car or truck. If you want the monitor connected directly to your windshield so that you don't have to take your eyes off the road, you can use the suction cup mount. The monitor comes with two different types of brackets. All the buttons are conveniently located on the front of the monitor, making it very user-friendly. You can opt to have or not have the guide lines. There is a lot of detail and clarity in the picture. Waterproof with a rating of IP69, the camera can be used underwater. Infrared LED bulbs are used and it has night vision, which is a great feature. The great thing about this night vision is that it works well even when hit with light, which is different from most night visions which do not work well as soon as As a result, I am extremely happy with all aspects of I was very impressed with the performance of this wireless camera and the 7" monitor, and the build quality was far above par, and the price was far below what I thought the product was There is no doubt that this 7" monitor and wireless backup camera are a great combination. As a matter of fact, I bought another one as I can see many uses for it.
