Are these products compatible with ram mounts?

Our arms are made of aluminum and are designed to work with aluminum 1" ball clamps for a stable and secure installation. Ram mounts are made of a low-cost rubbery plastic that breaks when pressure is applied. As a result, when attempting to secure an aluminum arm, the plastic will fail. It will be loose and flimsy if not tightened properly, defeating the purpose.

Hello, I'm looking for four ten-inch arms. Do you have any?

We're afraid we don't have any arms that are 10 inches long. We only have 12" ones right now, but they're on their way to being restocked.

Is it possible to use these with 1" ball ram mounts? I'm not sure if these would provide enough friction because they have fully ruberized balls. thanks! ?

Hello, all aluminum arms are designed to withstand the rigors of underwater work and are more than capable of performing the task. However, because the RAM system clamp and arm are made of composite materials, we're not sure how well they'll work with this. We use full force when tightening two aluminum arms together, which may be problematic for composite clamps and arms. We've never attempted to connect the two systems, so we can't say for sure.

Is it possible to use these with ultralight clamps and arms?

Yes, you can mix and match these arms with the rest of your ULCS gear. I've done a couple of dives with my new rig and have had no issues.

This is fantastic! I was a little skeptical of the quality, finish, and material of these arms after having used and owned most of the BIG brand arms, especially since you can get a 2 pack of these arms for less than half the price of one arm from the OEM big guys

br>br>And after several weeks of underwater photography with both a small compact go pro camera and a large housed DSLr, I've discovered that these arms are just as good, if not better, than the big name arms. br>br>The powder coat finish holds up just as well; the ball ends are smooth and round, and they don't flex or break. The oring groove is well machined and finished, and the orings are standard rubber orings that can be easily replaced if necessary. br>br>Now I'm kicking myself for buying the big name arms years ago, when these are clearly just as good and a fraction of the price of THE BIG OEM arms.

It's ideal for what I needed it for, and it came at the ideal price. br>1. The 1' ball head is durable and long-lasting.

Exceptional construction quality with no ridged edgesbr>3. br>Lightweightbr>br>br>br>br It stays put once I set it (I tested it at three). br>(5 lbs)br>(5 lbs)br>(5 lbs) I'm not sure what paint they use, but it's very tough (just rub away scratches)br>br>(I haven't used it underwater, so I can't comment on how it holds up to salt or corrosion).

It was also used to hang a table in the back seat for the kiddo off the headrest post. It worked well and stayed in place, allowing him to adjust the viewing angle to his liking. It's well-made. Ram mounts accessories and adapters are compatible with this product.
