If I write a review, it's usually short, but once in awhile, there is a product that deserves attention, no matter how good or bad it is It was not until I saw a video of some creep on one of my neighbors' properties that I became interested in a security cam Well, I guess it won't hurt since all notifications I got were from either my partner or the gardener For the first few weeks, I thought it was a stupid idea since I was getting notifications whenever either of them moved There was a notification that came in at 4:17 AM this morning In fact, there was a creep who came up onto our porch for a good minute and a half, looking into the window at the top of the stairs, and I actually opened a video of a tree blowing in the wind or maybe a cat running It freaked me out! It's already going off! I didn't want to turn on the alarm feature, because I was worried it would be easily set off and my neighbors would complain This guy was standing outside the French doors to my bedroom, so it would have been a "drop in the bucket" for him if he had heard an alarm go off On our community site, I posted the video and the clarity was praised I have neighbors who own more expensive Ring flood lights who consider my cam to be better in quality, and all have asked for the Amazon shopping link Another one will be getting installed for the other end of the house as well I could only post one video in case it was too large to post, but there is some footage of him leaving in full color and well lit after the spotlight came on According to the neighbor, the police had been called earlier by someone who had encountered the man, but without more details they didn't really have anything to do As of now, they have an idea of their age, build, and height He had a bandaged right hand, his hair style, and even a detail on his tennis shoes I also have to mention that the first one I received was defective and I was unable to link it; the customer service was very quick to correct it In the ideal world, it would send me a notification (not an alarm) only during specified hours I am constantly bombarded with notifications from various apps; this app is too important for me to not use it

It's very nice The setup was easy and the installation was simple When I looked at the image quality at night, I was astonished by how clear it was It notifies me if someone comes up to my front door or moves in or out I can manage packages that are left on the front porch as well It makes me feel like I'm safer now that I have this camera Due to the amount of mounting options it comes with, you can mount it anywhere and angle it however you want it to be A person who wants to monitor and protect their home would definitely benefit from having this camera You can use it in rain or wind and it still works
