Is there a monthly fee I need to pay? It isn't a problem for me because I connect my computer via Ethernet cable to my internet connection. After that, my messages are sent to my e-mail address.
we do not support audio recording on our cameras.
Hi, Thank you for your question. I am glad that you reached out to us. The system does not have any cameras with audio features compatible with it. If you are interested in buying an NVR kit from Swann, we recommend you do so. There will be 1 in each of these Two ways or three ways It is a two-way audio system. We would like to assist you in any way we can please let us know if we can do so. Thank The Swann Customer Support Department, a Joint Venture with the Swann Corporation

Buy the product and do not use it. It is clear from the product label and even on the packaging that these do not work with Alexa. Additionally, the app advertised on this site for these cameras, and again, on the box they came in, is not identical to the app actually compatible with these cameras, so the features advertised on the site are not what they are. Installation of the panels was difficult, time consuming, and we had to rewire half of them due to confusion between the On top of this, multiple cameras had clear pictures not even a week after their installation, but these photos are now blurry and jerky. I cannot recommend it at all.
1. First camera stopped working after 3 months
2. I ordered the second camera and this is how it came. Sorry to hear that.
I only saw black and white images on the camera, not color like on Upon contacting the company, I was told the cameras they provide are not guaranteed to work on any other system. That's all they could offer I live in Maryland and am DH.
It is suggested that the system is bench tested before it is installed. It is crucial for many reasons that we take this step. On the 60' cords, there is an end for the camera and another for the DVR. The mug does not have a mark. Ensure you prepare the camera base, cord end connected to the DVR, and the DVR end connected to the port you will be plugging it into on the DVR before connecting everything together on your bench. Make sure to label the cord with an easily recognizable identifier at the ends of the cable. Electrical tape that I used was GREEN. In case you're hiding the cords as I was, you don't want to pull 60 feet of cord through your attic, etc, only to discover you've pulled the wrong end of it. It's been a few days since I finished my installation so I haven't looked at the manual yet (dreading it). It usually is not the case that what I think are FAQs are the same thing the manufacturer thinks I want to know first. The cameras in this system come with an automatic light that can be turned on/off by the app, but I'd prefer it to come on when motion is detected. There should be an easy way to determine how much motion must be recorded in order to trigger a recording and notification. This is the first time I have seen it. At the moment, I can trigger the system when blowing leaves and cobwebs blow away.
Having ordered the Camera to be able to add it to an existing DVR, when I tried connecting it with the existing wire instead of the new wire that came with the Camera, it produced black and white pictures. Using the new wiring, the camera showed in color as soon as it was connected to the DVR. There were no pictures inside but I provided pictures from the outside to show the inside. From this camera, it appears to me that the inside lighting of closed spaces is better.
We have had a rash of break-ins, and I believe our cameras are in plain sight because they prevent them from being broken It was very enjoyable to watch the snow blow off the fanny while we were on the beach in Mexico.
Connect your device and start using it! Security Systems of this quality are hard to find. This is an amazing setup! I was surprised! You can turn it on, easily connect the cables and it will basically work once it has been hooked up. All you have to do is follow the wizard at setup to get your system up and running. *BR>I would recommend this unit highly. There's no doubt that I am pleased with the night view, and I also love the integrated LED light on each camera. In contrast to the black and greys that appear in night vision mode, while the light is enabled you can actually see the colors of what the camera is seeing. We are sure you will enjoy it if you buy it!.
Normally, I would have liked to have received 3 of these cameras (ordered 3). It wasn't until they were installed professionally that I noticed they were missing. It was ordered in 100 feet however, it was delivered in 50 feet. As a result, we are trying to see if anything can be done since we don't want to spend money on taking them down and returning them before we receive their Cameras with a 100-foot range are highly needed.
