Some of the functions require WiFi: br>The cameras broadcast their images to the unit. The unit can be connected to a monitor. There's no need for WiFi for this. br>br>If you want to watch the video on your phone, you'll have to connect the system to the internet.
Only if you want to view remotely from a mobile device; otherwise, the camera system can operate normally (and then be viewed on a monitor or television) without an internet connection.
This is not compatible with the cloud or a network. I'm trying to download video from it over a 10MB network, but it won't work because the software they provide is defective. They claim that using a USB stick is the only way to get the video to back it up.
17cm*6cm is the size of the camera. 5cm, if you have any questions, please send an email to: johnny@hiseeu is the e-mail address for Johnny. com

This system was recently purchased to provide some home security monitoring. Cameras have excellent image quality. You can see what's going on even if it's dark outside. However, one thing we learned is to pay attention to where the camera is pointed. When I first installed a camera, I angled it so that the side of the building (where it was installed, white painted siding) was visible. We were unable to monitor our front door at night due to the fact that the side of the house was visible in the camera image. We had a perfect night view after I adjusted the camera's angle so that the adjacent siding was "not" in the shot. br>br>It's a good idea to figure out which cameras are 1 through 4 so you can place them in the order you want around your house. It's not a big deal, but the fact that the cameras appear on the screen in chronological order makes monitoring easier. On my dining room table, I turned on all four cameras so I could figure out which one was which. br>br>The system was simple to set up, though the instructions could be improved. The video on Amazon is superior to the video on YouTube. A hardwired Ethernet cable from your modem is required for the system to work. There is no way to connect it to the internet via wifi, which would be a nice feature. As a result, you must plan "where" you want to set up the base station/monitor in order to run the cable the way you want. The supplied cable is only 6' in length. The cameras' connection to the base is wireless, but they require power to function, so consider "where" you want to put them and be ready to run extension cords or install new receptacles. The included screws aren't of the highest quality, but if you pre-install them, they'll be fine. They'll fit fine if you drill the hole (as any good person should). br>br>You can set the system to notify you when there is movement. We turned on this feature, but quickly realized that we needed to add a reasonable movement delay. If you live on a busy street and have a camera that captures car movement, your phone will quickly become flooded with alerts. A little trial and error will go a long way toward ensuring you get the alert you want (i. e. (delivery, visitor, and so on). br>br>To summarize, the system performs admirably. Connecting cameras to the base is simple and effective. Plan where you'll put your modem and how you'll connect to it with an Ethernet cable. Plan camera locations where you have power (or intend to provide power), locations you want to monitor, and be aware of what the camera will capture so it does not interfere with the night vision image (i. e. siding adjacent to the camera's mounting The instructions are adequate at best, but we like and recommend the system overall.
There is nothing, and I mean nothing, about this security 4 camera system that I don't like. Starting with the well-built camera bodies, which have a stunning finish. I started placing the cameras around my house once I made sure they were all connected to my TV. First, I chose a spot over the pool, then a spot overlooking my fruit trees, and finally, I moved to the south side of my house, where the camera I chose immediately connected. Because of the remote power source, selecting the fourth location was more difficult. Finally, it was dead easy to choose near the front door once more. I emailed Johnny (the tech contact) with a question, and he responded the next day, addressing my needs and resolving a minor technical issue. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and will enthusiastically recommend it to my friends who are looking for a home security system. This system is ideal for any location, including your home, cottage, or farm, and it comes at a great price. With the IP PRO app, you can connect to your system from anywhere you have your phone. I'd give this product a 6+ if I could. Thank you very much, HISEEU. br>Regards, Ross br>.
This is one of, if not "the" easiest camera systems to set up that you can buy. br>I've also added two new cameras to the mix, each with a two-way speaker. br>The cameras are clear and good, and the customer service is excellent. br>I do recommend the wifi extender because it significantly improved the signal strength for those cameras that were a little out of range. The vision in both the day and the night is superb. br>This is a system that I highly recommend. br>Right now, I'm using 7 cameras, as well as 2 Wi-Fi routers. These are excellent Wi-Fi repeaters. br>I haven't had a dropped connection in a long time, and these are fantastic, though adding on and using repeaters can be a bit of a learning curve.
This is an amazing surveillance camera system that is super easy to set up and has a great quality nighttime and daytime perfect picture. It is definitely worth the money. I have it set up on my TV as well as my phone, my husband's phone, and my daughter's phone.
Then, about two months ago, after an incident in front of my house (where recorded data would be useful to law enforcement), I went to access my recordings, only to discover that no data had been recorded, and that the hard drive had failed. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service (information provided with the system), but received no response after phone calls. email. It took several attempts to get someone to pick up the phone. Following that, I was told that a new recorder box would be sent to me, and that I would need to remove the hard drive from my old box and replace it in the new one. After waiting more than a month for the new box, I went through the process of setting it up, only to run into the same problem! Not only that, but because the cameras came pre-paired with the recorder, I have to re-pair them now that I've essentially reset all of the settings in the new box. Combine the cameras that are already installed throughout my home. However, these cameras lack an ethernet connector (which is required) for pairing with my old cameras! At the very least, I had real-time video (just no record) before attempting to switch the boxes; now, I have squat!.
