Good, but not as good as the gopole dome

In comparison with the Gopole dome pro, which has a housing and dome in two pieces, this dome is better constructed. I am pleased with the strength of the handles. If the aluminum screws are not thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after use in saltwater, they will likely corrode. That was an issue with the housing for the GoPro 3. Compared to $47 or more, I believe this would be more valuable at around $35 USD. On the whole, it performs the tasks it was designed to do and is functional. I gave this product 3 stars because it probably comes from abroad and is listed under several different manufacturer names for something similar. It probably needs replacing.

Also, it's a great place for diving and scuba diving. The first dive took place at a maximum depth of 70Ft, the second at a maximum depth of 50Ft There was no fogging or leakage at 55o F. This is bad The product would be so much better if it had 3/4 Thread holes for mounting lights and rigging (as you can see when I rigged with my It should come with a dome cover to protect the top and replaceable domes to replace it. A dome camera will produce glare and reflections on the inside of the dome when facing a light source (as seen in the second image of the black sea bass). However, this is very typical of dome cameras. The one I received came used, with the box basically opened, with no fog inserts, and with some tiny scratches inside (however, this did not affect my photos or videos). The package had arrived the day before my trip, and there was no way to delay it.

Over under shots are made easier with this

Ensure that the lens does not get scratched. I used this camera during snorkeling in the keys to get great over-under shots. It was also convenient to have the handle to hold my camera while I was Although the lens is quite easy to scratch, it got damaged pretty easily.

As far as I can tell, everything is going well. If you place Rainex on the dome, water will roll right off and go down as opposed to staying on the surface.

I love the pictures it takes, only downfall is that a little water gets inside. If the lid is submerged in water for a long period of time, the effect will be different.
