My primary use for this is for ice fishing, because it provides great clarity when there is ample Would be nice to be able to see further into the water with the camera. I expected it to work.
Due to the IR lights' manual control and automatic lighting, they can't be turned on or off manually. In the image, it appears as if the picture would be clear, but particles in the water are reflected badly by the IR lighting, so it is only a few inches tall. A crystal clear body of water would probably be needed for this to work. Everything else seems to be in good shape.
We were able to complete the buying process quickly and easily. The product was delivered as expected and in a timely manner. I gave it a try through ice and with decently clear water, and it worked Using a flasher, I was able to fish close to weed beds that I couldn't see on the surface. It was crucial to my success that I could see the fish look at my jig and ignore it until I downsized it. We are looking forward to more use of the site.
