One and a half. Closing the legs causes them to measure 5 inches long.

There are plastic and metal parts in it

Does this fit the invisible selfie stick we have for the Insta360 360?

The answer is yes - However, one thing I was disappointed with was that it doesn't go invisible like the stick did

Whether you want to attach the camera to the selfie stick or to the Insta360, this is a very useful accessory. The pole is really sturdy and folds up nicely into the bag for an integrated look.

Overall, it was good, but there was more to be desired

It would be nice if the legs could be locked in several places. The course can feel unlevel at times and it can be difficult to get it.
