There's no need for a special tripod. The teleprompter, like the camera, is mounted to the tripod. However, the teleprompter is quite heavy, especially when combined with the camera, so I recommend investing in a good tripod.

This one has a fantastic beam splitter mirror. The entire system functions as intended. The only drawback is that it's mostly made of moulded plastic, and it appears that things could easily break off with continued use. I'm using it as a permanent desktop prompter for Zoom meetings, and I expect it to last a long time in that configuration. As a result, it's an excellent solution. It won't last as long as a field rig, though. br>However, the price is completely reasonable for the level of quality, so if you realize you're trading durability for cost - go for it. This is a fantastic lightweight prompting solution that only requires an iPad or a large phone.
The first one was snapped up, and the second was snapped up as well! The upgrade as well as the case option are both appealing. After speaking with Mike a few years ago when we were looking to buy our first teleprompter, I've grown to like him. If you watch their company videos, you'll notice that they make some cool products and are a great American manufacturer and family business. br>br>This time, we ordered the optional case and were pleased with how it was laid out. I went to Harbor Freight and bought this to go with the other equipment cases: 18 in. Voyager X 6 In. X 13 In. Case made of black aluminum. I took it home, and it's the same case except for a few minor color differences. Despite the fact that I could have purchased the case separately, I preferred the convenience of ordering them as a package, knowing that I was getting a tried and true solution. br>br>The extra shoe connections are a great addition, and the glass's size ensures a professional appearance. Very well-made! br>br>Installation: br>br>Installation: br>br> The apps PromptSmart Pro and PromptSmart Studio are excellent choices. They'll be releasing iCast, which will allow you to save scripts to the cloud. PromptSmart Studio is an option that is truly professional. br>br>In conclusion, I would recommend this product to my mother as well as professionals. Before purchasing this teleprompter, I tried various DIY solutions and they all fell short of my expectations. This is something you should consider. In today's world, it's difficult to find support for something made in the United States and supported by the United States of America.
I got a lot more than I expected. Another videographer I know used another model, and it seemed difficult to work with because it required constant adjusting. This model is ideal: it's simple to rig and it fits both my iPad mini 9 and my iPad Air 2. My iPad Pro is 12 inches long and has a screen size of 6 inches. During testing, Prompt Smart Pro (a great TelePrompter app with voice control) was up and running in minutes, and the playback was excellent, looking very professional. This is something I would recommend to any videographer. Amazing value for money.
For me, there were two issues with this. To begin with, it won't fit the larger iPad Pro in its protective case. That may not appear to be a significant issue - but it is. To use this holder, simply remove the case. However, because this unit will be moved at a height of about 5 feet, I'll need to keep my expensive iPad in a case at all times. br>Second, the unit was far too flimsy on its own. At this price, I wasn't expecting the most durable teleprompters, but this was something I'd expect to pay a lot less for. The fact that the unit I received was scratched didn't help matters either. It looked as if it had been returned before. I can see why it was returned before mine!.
Use caution when handling. This will come in handy if you're shooting interviews or presentations. It was just the other day that I used it with a customer. In most cases, a "perfect" take should take at least 3 hours for a 3-minute video. a brief speech This tool will help you save a lot of time and is very simple to use with any app on the market. (There are also some that are free. )br>br>On the other hand, please use caution. Plastic is used for the clamps. It does, however, come in a sturdy box. There are some products on the market that are a little less expensive and include a carrying bag. I'd go with the optional box if you buy this one. It may give the actual product, which must be handled with care, a longer life.
It can also be used with DSLR cameras and mobile phones. I didn't know how to put it together because I bought the one with the aluminum case. So I emailed the seller, and Mike quickly responded with a video tutorial! Mike didn't make me feel stupid despite the fact that the video had been there all along. I quickly set it up, tested it, and it functions flawlessly. You can't tell I'm reading because my eyes are closed. I still have a lot of work to do on delivery, but that's a different story. Caddie Buddy, you've done it again! You Rock!.
Without cursing, I'm not sure how much I can review this product. However, it's a complete waste of time. Maybe it's fine for you if you're just mounting it somewhere safe, have a small camera, have low expectations, and never plan on anything moving around or near it. But I'd be concerned if there was a chance that someone would have to be near it and move in close proximity to it. Without cursing, give this product a review. However, it's a complete waste of time. Maybe it's fine for you if you're just mounting it somewhere safe, have a small camera, have low expectations, and never plan on anything moving around or near it. But I'd be concerned if there was a chance that someone would have to be near it and move in close proximity to it. It's made of almost entirely plastic and lacks any sort of tablet holder. There is a platform on which a tablet can rest, and it has lips that could catch a tablet if it slides, but God forbid if something were to happen to it, the tablet would be flying. It's nice that it comes with a case, and I'll keep it, but I'm going to replace almost every part of it as soon as I can.
I was also expecting the cloak that covers the camera lens to be flimsy, but it isn't. On the whole, this is a well-made product. I'm glad I bought this instead of an iKan setup, which would have cost $500. This teleprompter has a lot of potential. In addition, the case was a big plus. Anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money on a teleprompter should consider this option.
