So, while the first generation of budget teleprompters were functional, they were in desperate need of a few improvements. Thankfully, some of those flaws have been addressed in this one. br>br>The first improvement is the replacement of the glass shroud. This is a higher-quality cloth that is much thicker. Because there is no light leaking out of this setup, the teleprompter app on your tablet will give you a nice clear view. I use the term "tablet" because that is exactly the size you would want to use. Because of the size of the hood, you won't be able to use a phone. You also have a simple cloth with a drawstring that will go around the lens of your camera, which is a similar setup I have seen on some filter adapters, which while a very basic system, is actually quite effective. br>br>There isn't much plastic here any longer. The majority of the items on display are made of metal, which is also impressive. When using heavier equipment, you will no longer notice things bending or bowing. That being said, make sure you're mounting this on something more sturdy, as this thing isn't the lightest in the world, thanks to all the metal. br>br>Everything comes in a nice cloth carrying case with packing foam inserts to keep it all together. br>br>There is one major flaw, and that is why I docked one star. The teleprompting app does not have a bluetooth remote control! This is a big hit or miss situation. You don't have any control over the speed or even the ability to pause the teleprompter app with just this setup. So, if you do decide to buy this teleprompter, I strongly advise you to buy a bluetooth teleprompter remote control as well.

With the exception of securing your camera and tripod, you can go from fully packaged/protected in its carrying case to fully set up and vice versa in less than a minute. This set-up has worked flawlessly for me. br>br>Everything is made of solid metal or fabric, with the only weak point being the plastic camera riser, which adds an inch or two to the height of your camera if it's already too low. Although I believe this should have been metal (as everything else is), it isn't the end of the world. br>br>I tried using this with my 13" 2in1 laptop and it was far too wide to fit horizontally and hang off the supports vertically, so there isn't a lot of wiggle room in terms of teleprompter screens, but that was to be expected. br>br>The glass is clean, and the video doesn't reveal that the camera was behind a teleprompter, so I have to give this 5 stars.

It also includes two accessory support brackets as well as a heightening bracket. This is the product's highlight; thank you so much for your suggestion. It appeals to me.
