Six Photospring frames have been purchased by me thus far. Gifts have been all that have been given. Due to the fact that it was the newest model, my concerns were warranted. The experience is so frustrating that it is not worth it, even though technically the feature is available. There is no indication of whether the pictures made it into the frames in any of them. As I haven't handed it to my parents yet, it is still in my possession, so I was able to see every time I sent something that never reached them. All you have to do is send it and pray for the best. As well, you have no way to do a I've noticed that the website has a "Manage Your Frame" page that's supposed to tell you how many photos/videos are on it, but I've noticed that in my experience it usually says "0 photos/videos. In order to let my Dad know we loved him and were thinking of him, I bought one for him who was in hospice. I could now send him pictures and videos whenever I wanted to let him know we His favorite part was the music. I realized, however, that we should have one as well. It is daily practice to snap pictures today, but I find myself rarely looking at them again once they have been taken. I now have a PhotoSpring in my kitchen and the whole family loves watching the videos and pictures! I like that I can take a picture and shoot it right to my phone so that I can get it into the frame in no time at all. I found this so easy! Almost everyone in the family loves this frame, young and old alike, and with Christmas just around the corner, it really makes a great gift!.
