I'm here. The photos will be on our cloud server for two days, so they will be updated when you reconnect. There is a window in which to do it, but you must be in it.
In the box is a metal easel that works like a stand. It is recommended that the top of the box has the round section and the bottom should have the small metal lip. There will be nothing to see of the stand and the frame will look great.
The hellish region. There is no limit to how many people you can email or send photos to via the app. Of course, the frame owner is in charge of approving which photos can be sent.
The same thing is happening to me. The upgrade seems to have begun this when I accepted it. This expensive, useless clock is currently all it's good for! The frustration is unbearable!

I find it very useful. Getting it up and running is very simple. For my parents, who aren't tech savvy, this is great so that we can share photos remotely with them. The only con is the price. I find that the photos appear in order as they are received in the slideshow. From what I can tell, the photos do not appear to have been shuffled. As a result, how they are received will determine how they are presented. It's most likely a user error on my part. For example, if someone uploads 30 photos of little Johnnys birthday party, then they only see those until the next batch of photos are received. I would prefer to see them more randomly arranged so the game is more.
I put my photos in the box, but when I went to load them, it could only hold 50. The description says it holds 5000 photos, but the box only holds 1000 photos. Their explanation is that it was probably a "manufacturing error. ". I sent the frame back today as they offered a refund so I am glad they were accommodating with my return request. There is no longer an option to buy the frame, so I'm wondering if many of us were facing this issue, and therefore they pulled the product. I like the concept, but 50 photos only didn't work for me.

Upon purchasing the frames, I bought a 32-gig SD card so I could easily share photos from weddings, family gatherings, etc. I copied a lot of photos to the SD card and then I inserted it into the frame and turned it on. There were no photos on the SD card that I had sent to the frame. I went into the app settings and assigned my SD card and all the photos from the SD card played, but none of the photos I had sent to the frame through the In my contact with support, they confirmed that the frame can only play photos from one source at the same time (They are 70 and already have trouble watching YouTube TV, so it won't be easy to talk them through viewing photos off the SD card on the frame. Another major problem is that there is no option to fade out or fold out the videos, they only play the way they are displayed in the A third problem also arises from the fact that there is no way through the app to delete the photo if you mistakenly upload an incorrect photo. The upload function allows you to upload photos, but a manual scan of the images isn't available. If you don't know how to use it, how can you give it as a gift to someone else? This is a wonderful product, I am so glad I bought it! The product is very nice quality and comes with a white insert you can use over the black insert, and the screen is touch sensitive. All of the controls are easy to use and everything works very well. If you aren't familiar with how to use it, it has instructions when you first turn it on. Instead of instructions, it comes with a book. In less than five minutes, you can have it set up. Don't worry if you don't know how to do it your grandchildren or children can My in-laws are about to become grandparents for the first time, and I am so excited to give them this gift for Christmas! It was defective the first time, so I contacted the company via email and once they received the defective part, they sent me another I was able to set it up and load pictures via email easily.
