If you're on a guest network or another network with limited internet access, it's possible that this is preventing the frame from updating the time; try connecting to another network to see if that helps.

It has a 16GB hard drive, but only 12 GB of photo and video storage is available. It's similar to how your PC's operating system consumes some hard drive space, and you can also use a Micro-SD card. UPDATE: HKMiLen Tech sent us a replacement frame after a lot of emailing back and forth, and after Frameo stated that the issue was hardware-related rather than software-related. It performs admirably. Thank you very much. br>br>For about two weeks, this electronic picture frame was exactly what my wife wanted and worked perfectly. It stopped detecting WiFi signals after a few weeks. Because I received it a few weeks before giving it as a gift, Amazon's return/replacement policy was no longer valid. So I contacted the seller, HKMiLen Tech, who was initially helpful, but then stopped communicating with me after the suggested remedies failed to resolve the issue and I requested a replacement or repair. As a result, we now own a high-priced, malfunctioning electronic picture frame. I'm going to stay away from this seller in the future, and I'm not thrilled with Amazon right now!.

I've always wanted a digital photo frame, so I finally gave in and bought this one, and I'm very pleased with it. Setting it up was a breeze. On the screen, the instructions were clearly visible. Adding photos from your phone was also a breeze. I used the WiFi connection to send photos, but there is also a microSD and USB slot, which I plan to use. The picture is of excellent quality. I was able to position the frame exactly where I wanted it thanks to the adapter's length. The only disadvantage is that some of the photos are zoomed in and do not display the entire image.
To begin with, I adore the way this frame looks on my desk. Not only is it the ideal size (as you can see, I have a lot of stuff on my desk), but it also takes up very little space. When it comes to using this frame, I have two options. I can either upload photos directly to the frame, which has a built-in memory of 16GB, or I can use the built-in memory to store videos. I wasn't sure if this would be enough at first, but with all of the pictures I have on there, it's plenty. I've also got a couple of quick videos. There is also a micro SD card slot, but I've only used the built-in memory so far. I simply connect my phone directly to the frame using the wifi feature, and I'm able to transfer photos and videos that way as well. I did download the app, which is free, and I found that this method was just as simple as directly transferring photos. I simply select which photos I want to be displayed on my frame in the app, and it will do so. What I like about this frame is that I can upload pictures to it even if I'm not at home, which is where it is located. I recently returned from a vacation in which I took numerous photographs. I was able to open the app and select which photos I wanted to display on the frame once we returned to our hotel. When I returned home, the photos had already been placed in the frame during the rotation. I can hang it or leave it on my desk in a standing position because of the frame. The image quality is excellent, as if it were professionally done or if I were still viewing it on my phone. I really like this frame, and I like that I can rotate through a lot more photos than I can with a traditional frame.
