Hello. Yes, each frame has its own email address, and there's also a free app (iOS and Android) that lets you send photos from your phone quickly and easily. Thank you very much.
On the back of the device, there are small thumb screw felt pads that can be removed. Alternatively, for a more modern slim frame, you can remove the outer piece and mattes completely.
You can send them an email to a specific address and attach the iCloud photos from there. You can also use the app to send iCloud photos if you can see them on your phone.
I'm having the same issue, but with a different account. I went back to factory settings, but it still won't give me a frame id. HELP!

I ordered three so that my parents and in-laws could have one each. The in-laws, who all live far away, would be able to see the grandchildren on a regular basis. Before sending them to them, I sent them to myself so I could pair it with my phone and figure out how to use it. I connected them to WiFi, installed the firmware update when prompted, downloaded the app, and sent my photos to all three frames without a hitch. Despite having the screensaver set to "slideshow," all three displayed one image before switching to a clock and never going through the slideshow. " For over a decade, I've worked as a technical expert for a software company. I'm sure I can figure it out. I was about to return these when I noticed the phone number for tech support on the box. It should have been included in the sad little quick start book as well, but whatever. I'll overlook it because I received a prompt response from them (BTW, their phone number simply puts you on hold indefinitely without informing you that you are calling after hours; what kind of business doesn't tell you when to call for service?!). It turns out that it's set to "auto dim" by default, which means that when it detects that the room is dark, it'll switch to a clock. That hasn't been defined. You're supposed to be able to tell just by looking at your surroundings. So I'm deducting a star for poor design (at the very least, turn that feature off by default), poor support management (who should invest in a better messaging service), and a complete lack of documentation. But now that I know the trick, and because I was able to get help as soon as someone arrived at the office, I am enjoying it again. Grandparents are pleased, the photographs appear to be of good quality, the item appears to be of good quality, and the size is larger than I expected. I am therefore content. Now let's find an app that comprehends iOS picture organization, is faster, and does not have a 50-picture limit.
I bought it for my 75-year-old mother, who doesn't have a cell phone, isn't interested in owning a tablet, and only has Wifi for her grandchildren. She is irritated by the fact that she is not connected to them, so I purchased this frame and set up a network with all of the grandchildren. Mr. Wiggles, her lap cat, hasn't brought her as much joy as this frame has. Not only can she get daily updates on what her grandchildren are up to, but she can also see a picture of how to reset the clock to daylight savings time on the microwave! (And if that doesn't work, there's even a video! That's really cool. br>br>This frame is a must-have for anyone who wants to share their 5ere life without worrying about some nutcase using Facebook to learn too much about them and their children. br>br>My only complaint was that there were no instructions for assembling the stand or replacing the inside picture mat. I couldn't figure it out until my 9-year-old showed me how, despite the fact that it was ridiculously simple. (Answer: The two pieces of the stand slide together to form a bracket that the Frame can lean against, similar to a dinner plate holder. Remove the four foam bumpers on the back of the mat and loosen the screws to remove or replace it. )br>br>In conclusion, this frame is a must-have, and it appears to be getting better as the firmware and APP are updated. The best purchase I've made for myself and my family this year.
I'm glad I went ahead and purchased the PhotoShare frame. I thought it was just a standard digital frame when I ordered it, but it's so much more - I was blown away! br>br>It only took about two minutes to set it up, and it was very simple - On the screen, there are clear, step-by-step instructions. We had to download an app in order to add photos, which took no time at all and we were up and running in just a few minutes. Because this is a cloud-connected device, each of us can create our own user profile on the frame and upload photos and videos from anywhere using the app or by emailing them to the device. I can send photos or videos from my iPhone directly to the frame, and I've invited my family and friends to do the same, so we're all connected. We've even started using it with Google Photos, which makes things even simpler. Having the frame is particularly useful right now, given the distance between family and friends - No matter where they are, anyone can send directly to the frame. br>br>This would be a fantastic gift for grandparents who want to keep up with their grandchildren's activities - Members of the family can upload photos or videos from any location - or for families and friends who are unable to see each other in person but wish to remain in touch - What a great way to go about it!.
This frame was not purchased from Amazon, but rather from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Beyond. I would avoid purchasing this frame in order to avoid having to return it. For Mother's Day, I purchased three of these frames. I bought one each for my mother and grandmother. My younger sibling- My mother-in-law was given the same one by my father-in-law. law. My mother-in-law as well as my mother-in-law's mother-in- On the same day, they received theirs. They turned them on and started the process of setting them up. The frame requested a software update as soon as they had the time zone set up. The update was completed by both mothers, and both frames crashed as a result. What were the chances that they would experience the same thing? I was unable to contact anyone at Bed, Bath and Beyond. As a result, I made a direct call to Brookstone. Brookstone's customer service representative informed me that the company had filed for bankruptcy and that the appware had not been updated with the frames and would not be updated in the near future. So. without the need to express it verbally Her recommendation was to return it for a refund because neither it nor a replacement would ever work. "Happy Mother's Day!" I had to wish all of my parents and grandparents. Along with your gift, I'll include a return label! ” Ugh! Now I understand why they were selling them for such a low price!.
