I looked for a lot of backdrops that weren't too expensive but still held up and were sturdy enough for a party. I've used it three times now, and it takes about five minutes to set up with just one person each time! Mine came with a bag to transport it in. I was missing the sandbags and clips, so I contacted the seller, who promptly sent them out to me, just in time for my event. I included the images to demonstrate that you don't have to be a pro to use it:.
Because it comes with a case, it's simple to assemble and transport. It was used for a babyshowe party and looked and held up well.

I'm a freelance illustrator who, in addition to working from home, attends conventions on a regular basis. I needed something to make the setup process go faster, so I chose this, and I'm glad I did. br>br>This product was well-made and arrived on time, with everything it promised; it was easier to put it all away than to install it because the horizontal bar was my main issue. The two bars are supposed to stick together and click, but in order for that to happen, I had to go above and beyond, i. e. , ask for assistance. And there was also the matter of the overall stability. I couldn't seem to get it to find an equilibrium with the height, and even if one of the legs was slightly off, it would balance on two of the three stilts, causing it to wobble slightly, but not significantly. That could be inconvenient for artists working in the artist alley, which has limited space, but it's just something to be aware of. Overall, I needed to distribute my weight with the sandbags. br>br>The prints I hung on my photo set were made of light cardstock and taped together, making it very light and not causing it to wobble. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who has to set up and break down on uneven terrain, or who has to put multiple heavy backdrops on it, as I believe it will cause a drop in the horizontal beam. The more straightforward you keep this product, the better it will work. But, for the price, it still does what it says it does; I just think people expect this to work like a set of $100 dollars, with obvious differences. br>br>Overall, I was pleased with my product; however, anyone reading this should double-check that it is suitable for the task at hand.
What you pay for is what you get, and it's not a lot. br>br>Needed a portable background stand, as opposed to my usual studio roller system mounted on the wall. br>br>Should have known it was going to be a disaster based on the price. br>br>The stand will, without a doubt, hold muslin, but not seamless paper or vinyl. It's shaky, and the crossbar is a gimmick. The materials used by the manufacturer were as low-cost as possible. br>br>Tried using sand bags, but it still fell over at the maximum extension.
It turned out beautifully, with a nice, even distribution of colors. The clips held the fabric in place perfectly and did not require any adjustments. I was worried that the fabric's weight would cause it to tip if I didn't use the weights, but it didn't. Very steady. I was awake all night.
This set is for you if you're an amateur or semi-professional photographer like myself. The price is excellent, and the set itself appears to be of excellent quality. It has received a lot of positive feedback. The sandbags could have come with actual weights, but that's not a big deal. The clamps are extremely durable and strong. Another great feature of this set is that it can be adjusted in height and width. I used it with the Julius Studio Muslin backdrop 5 piece set and have had no problems. Without a doubt, a fantastic purchase.
For the price, this is an excellent photographer's backdrop stand; it's well-designed and comes together quickly and easily. It is strong and stable enough to be used as a light fixture. backdrops that are light in weight Because it is tubular metal with a small diameter, it would be insufficient to hold heavy materials when fully extended, as it would bow in the middle. The fact that the stand comes with a carrying case, bag weights, and clamps rather than having to buy them separately is a nice bonus. Because the connectors, fasteners, and pole clamps are all made of light plastic, this stand is unlikely to be suitable for heavy-duty applications. use on a regular basis, and in a professional capacity I would recommend this unit to others because it exceeded my expectations and perfectly met my needs.
The greatest investment I've ever made! I couldn't believe how simple it is to set up and adjust; I didn't even need to read the instructions. I hung four backdrops on it and flipped them backwards so I could take more photos quickly. It's easy to store and transport, and it's fairly light.
