Arrived with a crack

The item arrived broken (one of the two orange pieces was missing in some cases). br>In addition, the spring is so tight that I can't fully open the clamps, and I'm sure they'll break if I apply enough pressure. Now that it's the weekend, there are no UPS locations open, so I'll have to try to replace these and pay double until they decide to refund me. It was a total waste of time, money, and effort.

It gets the job done

While we were working, we used the clips to hold back the curtains. It has a good grip and is simple to use. My only complaint is that the orange tips swivel backwards, exposing the exposed part of the fabric, which can damage it. I wish they'd just stay in one spot.

It's quite good. However, if the backdrop is too close to the bar, the string ones won't be able to pull it all the way tight. To be able to pull taught, there should be about a 2-inch gap. That was a bit of a letdown, to say the least.

Thanks! Great product that does exactly what I expected. There will be no issues. For the future, here's a suggestion: Show us more examples of how the product can be used on poles, extensions, and other structures. It's a fantastic product that does exactly what it says on the tin.
