Unlocking and locking the bars should be done with a turning knob. It should be on the far side of the bar, near the top.
I don't believe so if you're using the flower panels that connect together. Because I asked because I wanted to do it as well, the seller said it could only hold about 17 pounds. With premium fabrics, it already sags a little, so I don't think it'll work. You might be able to do it in the middle of the wall, but not the entire wall. However, inquire as to how many pounds it can hold from the seller.
The crossbars are made up of four pieces, each of which is about two inches long. The length is 5 feet. You can join three of them to get the desired width.

I had to return this product after purchasing it because the poles would not retract; they quickly replaced it, but the replacement was also defective, as one of the tripod legs would not lock in place. I contacted the company, but have yet to receive a response after about five days. br>The size is fantastic, but the product is poorly constructed.
I like how the metal bars didn't bend under the pressure of the heavy load. I was able to put it together on my own. I have three other backdrops that bend, and this one is now my favorite. (I also have four navy blue curtains that I bought from Amazon, and everything else came from other websites. ).
I like having three bars so that I can roll one paper drop up and have another ready behind it, then use a light weight fabric drop on the third bar. However, you should not feel safe hanging a heavy fabric backdrop from it without weights between each stand leg tripod, as it will tip forward. time to set up the studio However, it's ideal for small events and private parties. I wouldn't bring clients near this if there was a heavy backdrop on one side of the triple bar or if it was brought to a high-traffic event. Otherwise, for the price, it's a no-brainer. Not bad, actually. The stand weight bags are all I have to recommend. They'll make a significant difference in the strength of the structure.
The only issue is that as you extend it further, it develops a slight dip in the middle, necessitating the addition of something extra to divert the gaze. A half-balloon arch was used for this project.
This equipment has a major design flaw. The first unit collapsed when the 'plastic' wing nuts failed to keep it upright. I had only used this unit twice, the first time to simply set it up to see where everything went and that everything was in place without putting any strain on the equipment. The second time I used backdrop paper for a photo shoot, it was for a set up. The 'plastic' wing nuts failed on the second use. The wing was molded to a screw, which broke off. They slipped and wouldn't stay in the upright position after being raised into position. This is a car accident waiting to happen, and I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. br>br>I was sent a second model, which I appreciate, but On the second unit, I replaced the 'plastic' wing nuts and added additional support just to get it working and ensure the device stayed upright. br>br>At this point, I would have a hard time recommending this piece of equipment to anyone. The current design is too shaky and prone to falling during use. a set of photographs For us photographers, there isn't enough liability insurance to cover such a risk. br>br>In my previous review of this unit, I mentioned a few of these features.
This is what I use as a backdrop for my all-white party.
With its triple bar concept, I really like the design of this backdrop frame/stand. Unfortunately, the materials and construction are of such poor quality that it would be best to set it up only once as a permanent fixture. Before it breaks down on you, you're probably only going to get up. Rather than trying to buy these pre-made items, I would recommend simply building your own. Because of all of the negative reviews, I now have to waste my time going to the post office and waiting in ridiculously long lines. br>Thanks to Covid-I now have to waste my time going to the post office and waiting in ridiculously long lines. - The first issue is: The secondary and tertiary bars are held in place by studs that are not securely fastened to the plate. One had already been separated when it was taken out of the box. Looking at the other three, I noticed that they aren't built as well as the first three, and it'll only be a matter of time before they fall apart as well.
- Solution: It would be preferable if they were welded in place or completely threaded through the holes so that a nut and washer could be used to secure them.
- Second issue: Metal knobs should be used instead of plastic knobs to secure the stands. I set it up right out of the box, but the part of the stand that opens and closes the legs is now stuck open because the plastic knob inside is stripped, and it never got as tight as the others. However, none of them were as tight as they should have been. I just had the impression that it was close enough for setup. You must be very careful not to tighten the plastic knobs too much, which is not really possible because they never get snug enough to indicate they are accurately secured, but I never got that far before deciding to return this product. - Solution: Make better use of your resources.
It would have been a fantastic product if the bars had been aligned with the holes. As a result, it's extremely difficult to use all three bars, which is why this purchase was made. It's really unfortunate.
