Questions & Answers

I'm curious about the manufacturing location of this lens. ?

Mine came from Malaysia. I am very pleased with the lens.

Is this the Canon m50, or will an adapter be required?

The M50 does not require an adapter. This is a Canon M series camera's native lens. It's the most EF-friendly option available. Made in the M series. Quick and to the point.

Is this lens designed to work with the Rebel T7?

Only ef-compatible cameras can use this lens. No, because M mount cameras require EF mount lenses, while the Rebel T7 requires EF mount lenses.

Is there a warranty that covers the entire world?

I don't have any doubts.

FINALLY, an EF-S lens with a fast 50mm equivalent
5/5

***NOTE: I'm not a professional photographer; rather, I'm a hobbyist. **
br>I can't believe it took Canon so long to release the EF-S lens. Everyone has been asking for an M portrait lens, and let me tell you, they've delivered. br>br>The images it produces are razor-sharp (especially at apertures above f2). On my EOS M100 and M50, the 0) have a nice creamy bokeh and focus is very fast. It's sharper than my EF-S lens. In my tests, the M 22mm was slightly sharper than the M 24mm. I've seen some chromatic aberration that can be corrected wide open, but it's not as bad as my Sigma 30mm f1. 4 lens for art. br>br>The minimum focal distance is short, but with a maximum aperture of f16, macro work is limited (clearly not the lens's intended purpose). br>br>In terms of heft and "manuverability," it's light, but heavier than I anticipated given the amount of glass inside. It protrudes about 2 inches. 5 times the range of an EF- M 22mm (as seen in the photo). br>br>I purchased this to replace my trusty Sigma 30mm f1 lens. 4 Art lens, because the adapter makes it so bulky. This is roughly half the size and a third the weight (as shown in the photo). It's just as sharp and easier to focus when you're using it. The difference in focal length of 2mm is insignificant. br>br>Overall, this is a fantastic lens at an excellent price, and it will most likely replace my 22mm as the lens I use the most on my EOS M cameras. All I wish is that it had been released four years ago. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: This lens has a super neat looking deep convex front element, which isn't necessarily important beyond aesthetics. The EF-22mm is a wide-angle lens with a focal length of 22 M has one, too, but this one is about twice the diameter and looks fantastic. It's not as if this should influence your purchase decision.

The best lens for EF-mount cameras currently available
5/5

Cameras with an M mount. EF- has been my go-to for a while now. For the past four years, I've been shooting with M mount cameras (M2, M5), as well as APS-C and full-frame cameras. For the better part of a decade, I've been using Canon DSLRs, both C and full frame. I've worked with Canon cameras and own Canon L and Sigma Art lenses, so I'm no stranger to high-end optics. I should mention that I have the EF to EF- converter. I have an M adapter so I can use any of my high-end lenses on my M5, but my favorite lens for the M5 is this EF-S lens. M 32mm 1. br>br>It is sharp from corner to corner, with good control of distortion and chromatic aberration. On EOS M cameras, this lens produces a "normal" field of view, similar to that of a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera. take pictures with the camera As a result, it's extremely adaptable, and the large 1. This lens's four aperture makes it ideal for low-light situations. Furthermore, when shooting wide open, the lens allows for a great deal of creative depth of field control. The colors, on the other hand, are what really stands out about this lens. When I take the pictures out of the camera, they have the same color and contrast rendition as my professional Canon L lenses. I'm not suggesting that this lens is a clone of an L lens (it lacks weather sealing and is made of plastic after all), but the optical quality is excellent. br>br>In comparison to the well-known EF- This lens is about twice as long as the M 22mm f2, so it will make your EOS M camera less pocketable. However, because it's still small, you get to enjoy all of the advantages of the compact mirrorless design. br>br>While zoom lenses are unquestionably helpful, I prefer prime lenses. The EF-S, EF-S II, and EF-S III are the only lenses in my current kit. EF 50 1, M 32mm, M 22mm, and M 32mm On the EF to EF- scale, 8 is the highest possible score. M is the unit of measurement. The 32mm, on the other hand, spends the majority of its time on the camera. With this, I can shoot both landscapes and portraits while keeping my gear light and compact.

The Canon M50 was chosen for its portability and features, and it is a good lens at a reasonable price
5/5

I was well aware that this would confine me to Canon's M lenses. br>br>I decided to get this lens as my last and final M lens. I'm a hobbyist photographer who does shoots for friends on occasion, but mostly for fun. br>br>In general, this is a fantastic lens. The colors are vibrant, the overall sharpness is excellent, and the auto focus is lightning fast; the focal length allows you to use it as your primary lens for most shots. br>br>However, I also own the excellent Canon 22 mm pancake lens, and the $300 difference isn't worth it to me (at least for what I'm shooting). Don't get me wrong: I think it's a great idea. The 32mm is fantastic, but for the shots I took, the 22mm sufficed. br>br>So, if this lens is on sale, take advantage of it. However, if you're torn between this and the 22mm, I'd suggest trying the 22 first and seeing how it works for you.

This is a fantastic lens
5/5

I own a number of EF-style cameras. M lenses. Rather than an adapted EF or EF-S, I'd prefer to use them with my M50. S lens, which completely negates the mirrorless camera's small form factor. EF- br>br>The EF- br>br>br>br>br>br> M is a brilliant, quick, and razor-sharp individual. At f/1. 4, the lens performs admirably and has a shallow depth of field - that had been sorely lacking in the other EF-based games up until now. Lenses from the M series. The 32mm is a little bigger than the kit lens, and a little bigger than the 22mm, but it's still pretty small; it's equivalent to about 51mm on a full body, and it's a great "normal" walk-around lens. in relation to the lens It has a nice feel to it, runs smoothly, and takes beautiful pictures. There's something about the ergonomics that works, as it does with many Canon lenses. br>br>I'm not a pixel peeper, but this lens appears to be sharp from corner to corner, with minor chromatic aberration when used wide open. This is easily fixed in post-production. Shooting test charts and crunching mathematical solutions aren't how I evaluate lenses. I assess lenses based on the amount of life they add to a photograph. This small lens performs admirably in this regard. The images are of comparable quality to those taken with the EF-S. Another amazing lens is the M 22mm. br>br>This was the lens that M series users had been waiting for. The wait was well worth it.
