You should not require a trigger once you mount it to your hot shoe.

Do you have any information about whether this flash works ?

The 5D Mark IV is fully compatible with it, and I have used it with it. This is the second one I own, and the Canon 600EX is the third A GMA RT II, and a Yongnuo YN-34 These two functions work together and can be interchanged. There are some limitations with some EOS models- Please let me know if the Canon 600EX-E is compatible Your model should follow that same pattern, and the Yongnuo should be no different.

The Canon 600EX II is compatible with the radio It's been a while since a review was posted, so I thought I'd pen one here! *Given the YN600EX-class DVR's second iteration, we've moved to a second DAC The 600EX-RT is Canon's second generation of their 600EX-model and is therefore equivalent to the 600EX-RT 600EX-RT (which is a 600EX II-based console Rewrite the text)

As an amateur photographer, I just got my hands on a Nikon 600EX II and have been experimenting with flashes To begin, I RT. I moved quickly You can use the flash on a camera. As a master, I used my Canon EOS 80D and worked just fine, but I wanted the on-screen control All the flash settings can be controlled via TTL on the camera, which requires a It was impossible for me to afford to buy another Canon 600EX II I had seen RT at their price point, as well as Yongnuo flashes everywhere, even among well-known companies It was a good decision to check out these well-known professionals. A few days ago, I was almost going to buy the YN600EX It took me a while to think to check the official website to see if they had an update to match Canon's release. And of course they did - yay! It consists of a YN600EX The sequel to RT I! Since they were so much cheaper than the Canons (1 Canon = 4 Yongnuo), I decided to buy two for the purpose of using them as radio receivers. My Canon provides the radio control and I use it as a camera slave. Each way they work (Canon master, Yongnuo slaves) is excellent. I would expect that the build quality isn't as good as Canon, which has been mentioned in reviews for other Yongnuo models. Pushing isn't something you do The flash head can be rotated or angled by a button You will need to apply enough force to overcome the notches rather than applying small amounts of force. Force is needed to do the job and that makes you second-class A little doubt comes into your mind at first, prompting you to wonder if you will The design of the flash head makes it logical to find some sort of grease between the body and the It isn't excessively leaking or overflowing, but I did notice that some of it was on the edges you may be able to wipe some of it off Overall, however, the build quality appears to be good. I wouldn't call them tanks either, and neither would I call them
- A quick list of things to do Push-back is not required The flash head can be rotated and angled by pressing a button It is hard for the handle to turn without a lot of effort - This button is placed in the center of the selection wheel, so it can rotate with the wheel (so that "Set" can be upside-down, etc. ). - In terms of LCD contrast, Flashes arrived at maximum clearing all settings and resetting to default actually sets medium, which is a relatively weak contrast and might make you wonder if your screen just broke while you were resetting. No, just go back to the beginning and bump up the contrast all the way again. As I mentioned earlier, I am not an expert, but overall I think these are fantastic, especially since four of them can be purchased for less than the price of a single Canon 600EX II-S This is the best method to use unless your pockets are just overflowing with money and all of these fail very soon. Yongnuo, thanks so much! In my opinion, the official steps for updating the firmware seem to be inaccurate. Among the first comments on this review are steps that are proven to be effective. After updating my firmware on the first flash, I updated it on another two flashes. There are 10 to 1 in this case. (downloaded from YONGNUO's official website unable to navigate the site, I found a Google search that lead me to the official product page, and the firmware download link is at the bottom of that web.

The value for the price it offers is great, but there are still some budget flashes in the design
4/5

You can get a cheap knockoff for a penny Even though it is based on an overpriced hotshoe flash, this thing is I give this item a rating of 3/5 stars on a practical basis, but for the price, I would say it is Period. At this price, you won't find a better deal anywhere else. The pros are In addition to its excellent output, Yongnuo triggers also offer a reliable wireless system that works as well as expensive, first party flash devices. The cons are There are some issues when using these flashes with triggers that are not manufactured by YONGNUO. A few weekends ago, at a wedding, I used one of these with my Cactus V6s and Alien Bees, and the flash refused to fire out of the blue when triggered by the Cactus trigger. In general, this sort of issue is resolved by turning the flash off and on again, but this time I had to reset the flash to factory settings before it would work In terms of durability, I've broken 2 of these flashes in the past year by having them fall off stands or get dropped.

Note however that the light continued to fire reliably while the camera decided it was broken time. Then you NEED to handle them with care. If one is dropped from a standing height, it may easily break. Although they're tough enough, they're still very tough. Whatever the price of your flash is, I'm sure it will break if you drop it the wrong way. There is only one issue with the build quality of this flash, as the rubber gasket that reinforces the locking mechanism is constantly falling off and is necessary to ensure that the flash is firmly attached to the stand. If you find the gasket after it falls off on the dance floor, I think some glue might fix it, but that's assuming you can locate it. Lastly, if you use a battery pack and fire at anything more than 1/8th power for too long, the flashes will get overheated quickly. When they're used for a long time without a battery pack, TTL mode can also lead to overheating. The main reason for this is the pre-existing crisis It typically provides high output in a dark environment thanks to its flash and generally high output. You'll be able to use the flash for about 30 or so minutes before it starts chiming with an overheat indicator if you need a lot of light. In speedlights, especially powerful ones like this one, it isn't uncommon for them to overheat. Although it would be nice if there were an auto mode that would slow down the recycle times a bit when the flash gets close to overheating, so that you can keep shooting without the flash shutting down. Overall, I would recommend these flashes to anyone who wants a speedlight and is willing to purchase Yonguno's trigger systems. There is no company that can beat them for the price, though Godox may be an option.

The flash is as close to perfection as it will get for a budget camera
4/5

The flash is as close to perfection as it will get for a budget camera. The one thing absent is a locking mechanism for the flash head, as has been pointed out by others. Whenever I adjust my flash, I use Bowens adapters, which grip the flash by the head. The body occasionally whips down and hits my hand when I adjust it. I found the head to have small amounts of grease on it, as others have noted here as well, but I found it to not be "dripping" and an acceptable condition to Moreover, this flash has the same one-problem as the original Canons - namely It is difficult to remove the diffuser and bounce card from the built-in panel. In response, one of my friends told me that his diffuser echoed this. As of now- The Canon 600EX-F has been broken It seems that this Yongnuo is experiencing the same problem. Last but not least, it does not include a clip-on A diffuser is one of the things I miss about my Nikon SB-800 During the 1990s. It isn't clear whether it is compatible with diffusers built for OEM Canon, but knowing Yongnuo, I would assume it is. In addition to that, it works fine. HSS and zoom interoperate well, and recycling is in accordance with the advertiser's claims.

I have found the following to be true I suggest you just download the first version of this flash or wait until they release a third The Yaongnuo YN600EX-MD with the latest version of this flash was added to my inventory, after I played with five copies of the 1st version
3/5

We received RTIIs from two different sellers, both of which we had to return within a Even though the first copy fired, no matter what power setting was used, not much power was extracted (less than the output of the 1/128 power setting on the original version 1). One just passed away while the other is still in the hospital No matter what I did, I couldn't bring it back to life Glory to God). The results of ordering the 1st version have been improved since I ordered it a second time. This version left me feeling very disappointed.
