You should definitely check it out! In the beginning I was unsure whether I should invest in a flash like this due to its high price. Having said that, I think I can get just a slight bit more for a studio strobe. Now that I have gotten over that thought, I am very glad. Despite its versatility and great functionality, this flash is a real gem. A speedlite never crossed my mind when I was shooting in a studio, but I had no choice but to do so recently out of necessity. I used it as I would any other studio strobe since the bowens adapter was handy. I found it to work After using it full power for a while I had to slow down, but that is what you would expect.
