Selected User Reviews For FLIR Scout Thermal Imaging Monocular
Having the Scout II in my hands was a big step forward in the quest for an affordable FLIR. As of my use, I couldn't keep up with the refresh rate on a moving boat at night. In addition to more magnification, I'd like the higher priced models to include this.
I spent a ton of money on this and the output plug for viewing it on a separate monitor didn't work from the start. However, I was unable to view what they saw on a separate monitor. I would like others in the field to be able to view what I saw, but it does not brought the DVR monitor in to the nerds at Radio Shack three times, and they couldn't get anything to display on their monitors or the DVR monitor. FLIR is of no concern to us. There's probably no one here!.
